The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca offers all round sunshine and a warm climate. Very little rainfall affects this region which makes this coast an ideal all year round resort favoured by all ages. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by. The Santa Barbara castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many firework displays to mark fiestas and celebrations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships surrounded by typically Spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food. The resort of Albir just a few minutes by car from this property has a lovely promenade where you can walk to the next town of Altea, where you will find a picturesque old town with white washed houses and a beautiful old church nestled amongst antique, craft and art shops.
Benidorm / Sierra Cortina area
Benidorm itself is a year round favourite for all ages, it has everything to offer from fantastic restaurants offering the days catch from the fishing boats, great shopping, professional entertainment and Blue Flag award winning beaches. Moving inland there are superb mountainside towns to be explored, steeped in history and the orange and lemon groves that spring up on the roadsides. Sierra Cortina is a very new development of property, close to the La Marina shopping mall with famous brand shops, supermarkets, cinemas and restaurants. 18 hole pitch and putt golf course great for all the family within walking distance of the villa. For the professional golfer Villa Aitana Golf Course is nearby. Walking distance from the property is a newly opened Spa offering health treatments, gymnasium, cafe bar and indoor swimming pool as well as paddle and tennis court. A karting track is also nearby. The old village of Finestrat is very popular with locals and tourists and its beach called La Cala de Finestrat. Set at a high level, the views looking over the skyline of Benidorm to the sea and behind the views and changing colours of the mountains are truly breathtaking. How to get there
Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 mintues) the property is approximately 10 mintues from junction 65 following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the Terra Mitica theme park station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. Further details indoors: The hallway leads to the well fitted kitchen which has doors opening out to the garden and terrace, ideal for breakfast. There is a separate utility room. THe large lounge is well fitted with leather sofas and flat screen TV. A large wall of glass opens directly onto the terrace and garden giving access to the private pool. The dining area also has french doors leading outside. On this floor you will find a twin bedroom and shower room. The ornate stairs lead either downstairs to a basement or upstairs to the first floor. The master bedroom suite is very impressive with 3 sets of french doors opening onto terraces, dressing area and the en-suite bathroom with double vanity sink and shower over the bath. Two further bedrooms offer twin beds, one room has doors leading to a terrace. There is also a family bathroom with shower over the bath.
Further details outdoors: The villa stands on an elevated plot with sea views. There is a private corner swimming pool with landscaped garden, BBQ area and extensive terraces.

All towels and linen are provided. All Baby equipment and safe along with many other services can be hired, please ask us for further details. A 20% (250 euro minimum)deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. A 500€ damage deposit will also be required. There is a small charge for cleaning and laundry on departure.

We can arrange airport collection, car hire, welcome food packs, gifts and champagne on arrival. Children and mobility equipment hire, maid service, mid week cleaning, bicycle hire, boat hire, para sailing, jeep safari and much much more more, we can also book your excursions and golf.
