Very good apartment with a large terrace, large kitchen, huge living room. 2 separate baths for each bedroom, private garage. In general as much as 126.57 sq.m. comfort and warmth. Only 400 meters from the beach on a palm alley.Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Golf, Carting, Mundomar, Aquaria, all this places are near. Many shops and restaurants around here. I offer this Apartment for 5 or more days. Any people allowed. Swimming Pool inside a territory. You can make a BBQ near the swimming pool. 3 arbors with tables and chairs.I give you my apartment and everything in it is in your complete disposal. And of course, rely on your respect for my property. If you're using the furniture, dishes, appliances, etc., something broke or messed up, it is necessary to compensate the damage. It must be remembered that the cost of electricity is included in the amount of rent. But! Electricity in Europe is very expensive and the air conditioner running without interruption, can reduce the whole rental income to zero. Linens and towels are provided to you for the entire stay. Each house has a washing machine and you can wash your bed linen and towels themselves. If you do not want to have a wash in advance stipulate additional change of linen and towels. Towels, bedspreads, blankets, which are located in apartment, designed for home use only. Beach towels and bedding you should bring or buy them at the store. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vadim (the owner) a message.

If Vadim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
