Excellent shopping and a multitude of bars, tapas bars, restaurants and cafes of all types - Benidorm is vibrant from dusk until dawn. It is also home to the Benidorm Palace famous for its International Cabaret.
# The lovely village of Finestrat and many other villages in the mountains behind the house are well worth a visit.
# Within 5 to 15 minutes by car there are several theme parks - Terra Mitica with its exiting rides, Terra Natura animal park, Aqualandia water Park and the Mundomar marine and exotic animal park
# Only a few minutes from the house the Rael de Faula Club de Golf has two Jack Nicklaus designed courses, the Exectutive and the Championship.
# Benidirm has a very large market every Wednesday and Sunday morning - Cala Finestrat every Friday morning and there are many others in the area.
# Fiestas are a part of Spanish life - there is usually one on somewhere near.
# The nearest shops are less than a kilometer away - there is a Carrefour Hyper store and the extensive La Marina centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants - there is also a cinema and bowling alley in the centre.

# Smoking is only acceptable outside
# A non returnable deposit of 25% of the rental is required to secure the booking.
# A returnable breakage/security deposit is payable with the balance of rental. This will be repaid immediately the house has been checked and the keys returned.
# Outstanding balances must be paid in full 8 weeks before the booked date.
# End of stay cleaning is included
# Sufficient bedding and toweling is provided for guests to make one change during a two week stay. Should guest wish us to supply this service there is a surcharge of Euro 30.00 for each change.
# Welcome packs can be supplied at extra costs - contact owners for prices
# Airport collection/return can be arranged at a cost of Euro 40.00 each way (max 4 persons per vehicle) - contact owners for details
