We have build this apartments thinking on you, to give you the most confortability in your holidays. That's why we have Centralized Climatization, apartments one and two bedrooms tipe for 4 and 6 people. Ideal for families and couples as main bedrooms have allways double bed. The kitchen is fantastic with the most modern facilities, vitrocerámica, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffe machine, fredge freeezer, etc.

The building has lifts and personal assistance 24 hours if any amergencies.
As going out you will feel directly in the main cosmopolitan ambient of a big city but in Benidorm, and from the beach only less than five minutes walking, in the best area, where no rocks are.

Benidorm’s Mediterranean climate benefits from its privileged geographical location. The area is surrounded by a series of mountain ranges that protect it from the strong, cold winds. On the other hand, the sea breeze softens the high summer temperatures, thus offering mild evenings to visitors.

The combination of all the factors above results in a mild climate all though the year and scanty rainfalls that allow enjoying Benidorm at most. Average temperatures are: 20ºC during Fall, 19ºC in Winter, 23 or 24ºC in Spring, and approximately 32ºC in Summer time

Benidorm is particularly popular with British and Dutch tourists. The large number of free cabaret acts that start around 9pm and continue into the early hours set Benidorm apart from other similar resorts.

How to get there

Benidorm as one of the most populars touristic resorts in the world has all the facilities to get the best transport that please our visitors. The low cost companys are doing a very good job and many of our guests are very happy with them service and low rates.

If you drive by car the motorway in Spain from North to South will bring you directly to Benidorm, and of course also by train, but this option has station in Alicante which meands you have to make again the way back to Benidorm by bus. Buses are also a very easy option.

We can help you about transfer from airport to Benidorm and back at the most reasonable price, please request this to us on your booking request.

We suggest to every body not to pay the full amount of the rents till you see the apartments, we only take a small deposit and once you see the apartment if you please with it and you see is really what we have shown you up in Holidaylettings than you can pay.
The deposit reminds allways till the end of the holidays.

In order to avoid bank expenses you can also give your credit card as to secure the booking, we will not charge you nothing, this is only to prevent that some fees would need to be charge in the event of cancellations with less than 14 days prior to arrival.
