The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The climate is hot in summer and warm in winter. The Costa Blanca means "White Coast" and has some of the best beaches in Spain. This part of the Costa Blanca enjoys good weather most of the year February and March are generally the coldest months but be careful August can reach temperatures upto 45 degrees. There are many fiestas throughout the year many lasting upto a week often ending with fireworks at midnight.

Benidorm / Cala de Finestrat area

Benidorm has a mile long promenade. The old town is full of restaurants bars and shops and has one of the biggest fun parks (Terra Mitica) and if you have daring nature you can always visit Terra Natura and swim with the sharks. There are also waterparks and Zoos close by. Alicante is approx 20 minutes away and has everything you would expect from a large Spanish city. We really feel that you get the best of both worlds with this apartment - Finestrat is peaceful and everything you need is on your doorstep. Alternatively, you have if you prefer the hustle and bustle of Benidorm with all it's shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Therefore this area can really cater for everyones requirements.

How to get there

Fly to Alicante - Cala Finestrat is approx 25 minutes from the airport. If requested transfers can be arranged.

Spacious apartment with all the facilities required for your holiday. Covered balcony area overlooking the pool with patio and chairs. Shop directly across the road. Bus stop and taxis available right at the front of the complex.

Further details outdoors:
Large kidney shaped swimming pool with separate children's pool. Outdoor showers. The surrounding garden is a well maintained grass area. The pool can only be used by residents of the complex. There is also a childs play area with swing and climbing frame.

Although linen and towels are included in the apartment, beach towels are not included. 50 euros is payable on arrival for cleaning and handover fee. Smokers allowed but only on balcony.

Conditions

50 euros refundable deposit payable on arrival to cover any damages. 20% non-refundable deposit on booking. Balance 8 weeks before departure.
