Situated in 'El Balcon de Sierra Cortina' this 2 bedroom townhouse comprises of 1 double bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and main bathroom. On the ground floor there is a shower room, a fully equipped luxury kitchen and a spacious living/dining room with patio doors leading to the terrace and garden which expands the full side and rear of the house allowing guests to enjoy all day sunshine.
There are a number of swimming pools for the use of guests and the resort also has a health spa, gymnasium, indoor pool, tennis/padel courts, coffee shop and 2 restaurants. We are close to Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks with Aqualandia and Mundomar just a 15 minute drive.

We have 3 fantastic 18 hole golf courses, one of which was designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are state of the art health spa's, tennis/padel courts, two 5 star hotels which are home to magnificent restaurants and bars. Also for children of all ages are the theme parks of Terra Mitica, where there are some of the best rides in the world, Terra Natura, for a taste of cultures from around the world, Mundomar Sea Life Park and Aqualandia waterpark
How to get there
El Balcon de Sierra Cortina is located in the popular Sierra Cortina Resort. The resort is ideally situated for easy access form both Alicante and Valencia airports, both benefitting from regular daily flights from all major European airports with many of these being the more popular budget airlines. Sierra cortina is reached from both airports via the AP7 motorway, 45 minutes from Alicante and 65 minutes from Valencia. Exit 65A (Terra Mitica) off the AP7 takes you to the doorstep of Sierra Cortina Resort and its many attractions and activities. Overlooking Benidorm, three Golf Courses and four major European Theme Parks, Blue Flag beaches and much more.............
