This villa is perfect for summer and winter holidays alike with plenty of space indoors and out. It has one double bedroom with large en-suite shower room, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom and another family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The large lounge has a sofa bed which sleeps 2 people and opens onto a glazed front veranda. The hot and cold air-conditioning provides perfect conditions for all seasons. It has a fully equipped kitchen together with outside facilities for bar-b-ques, and a covered area with dining table and chairs, outside sink, washing machine and extra freezer space.
The villa is situated about 3km from Benidorm and 7km from the village of La Nucia itself with the beaches of Benidorm and Albir 5-6km away. In the urbanisation you will find restaurants, bars, tennis courts and a bank. Several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and hairdressers are less than 1km away.
The living room has English satellite TV and there is a good range of DVDs, CDs, books and games available. The villa has a large roof-terrace with sea views on 2 sides and mountain views to the rear.

This villa was a family home for several years and as such retains its homely feel. Everything is provided to ensure your family holiday will feel like home from home. There are personal touches throughout the villa to make your stay comfortable and visitors will want to return time and time again. However, the villa is also suitable for corporate bookings.
The caretaker lives a couple of streets away and is on hand to make your stay as carefree as possible, he also ensures that the villa is clean and inviting and fully maintains the pool throughout your stay.

The swimming pool set in extensive terraces is not deep being only 1 to 1.5 metres to allow for pool games such as volleyball. It is therefore NOT SUITABLE FOR DIVING. There is a top terrace reached by balustraded steps which provides views down over the pool and another alternative for dining. An electric gate leads onto a very large driveway with car port to provide secure and sheltered parking. The villa is surrounded on three sides by high walls and bars are fitted to windows where access could be gained.
You need to take every precaution to ensure that you do not walk around with wet feet and protect your children by ensuring they use footwear such as slippers around the house and non slip flip flops or footwear around the pool when getting in and out of the water.

A deposit will be required and will only be refunded if the villa is returned without damages. Full payment for the rental will be required 28 days before arrival.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


This area has one of the best climates on the coast and there are many places of interest to visit within the locality. Quaint Spanish villages to include the fortress town in the mountains at Guadalest contrast with the new modern theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Mundomar. There are stunning golf courses within the area, a waterpark and of course the beaches and shops of Benidorm.
The Costa Blanca is famous for its shops offering everything from clothes, leather goods, wines and perfumes to fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. There is everything on the doorstep from the Carrefour hypermarket to the local shops and markets.
Take a train from Benidorm to the large department stores and culture of Alicante, or travel north through the Jalon valley with its acres of vineyards and almond groves to the seaport of Denia. A trip through Jalon in the car will allow visitors to stop at one of the many bodegas where local wines can be sampled and bought at a fraction of the retail cost.
Head up the coast to Calpe to see fish being freshly caught and served up in the many seafood restaurants that line the front or alternatively head south to Villajoyosa where you can sample the delights of the chocolate factory or just take in the famous spectacle of the brightly painted seafront houses, so designed that drunken sailors could find their way home.
The Benidorm / La Nucia area
The sleepy village of La Nucia nestles at the foot of the 'sleeping lion' mountain and provides traditional tapas bars, local fiestas and outdoor entertainments at certain times of the year. The Sunday morning market is a must for tourists and locals alike and the views up the valley past Polop and Callosa are breathtaking.
Apart from the miles of sandy beaches that Benidorm has to offer, the smaller coastal resort of Albir is only ten minutes away which offers a quieter, more relaxed day on the beach but still with a variety of bars and restaurants.
After a day at Terra Mitica, Europe's largest theme park, or Terra Natura, the animal and water park, why not sample the delights of Benidorm's night life. Bars, restaurants and hotels provide elite to budget dining with many having live entertainment from music to comedy. For that special occasion Benidorm Palace offers a show with dinner to rival the Moulin Rouge, there is also a Casino and a Medieval Castle where you can have dinner whilst watching knights fighting on horseback.
The restaurants and bars within the urbanisation offer every type of dining experience from the Alcazar Restaurant which is reputed to be the best restaurant on the coast, to traditional Spanish cuisine and tapas and the ever favourite Chinese.

Cheap flights are available from the UK to Alicante airport which is approximately 40 minutes drive to the villa.
There is a daily non-stop bus service from Alicante airport to Benidorm which costs Euro 8 per person. A regular bus service operates between Benidorm and La Nucia with a bus stop at the main road close by.
Car rental can be arranged at the airport where there are numerous car hire companies.
The caretaker will meet you at the villa with the keys and provide information about the villa and the surrounding area. He will also be on call throughout your stay if you encounter any difficulties.
