Home description
This lovely property is furnished to a very high standard throughout, including garden furniture with sun loungers and outside table and chairs. There is a small front garden area with front door leading into the large hallway with cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. A door leads to the good sized kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and there is also a separate utility area which has the washing machine and drying facilities. The large lounge is comfortable with modern colours and there is also a flat screen TV. The lounge also has one large wall of window which overlooks the covered terrace and private garden. Upstairs the main bedroom is large with built in wardrobes and has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The second and third bedrooms also all have built in wardrobes and there is a family bathroom. Outside the large covered terrace is ideal for dining alfresco and a table and chairs are included as well as sun loungers. This home will certainly help to make your stay very comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing.
There is a newly opened Spa centre within walking distance which has gym, treatment rooms and tennis and on-site bar and restaurant.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible. Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by. The Santa Barbara castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebrations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food. The resort of Albir just 10 minutes by car north of this property has a lovely promenade for a morning or evening stroll to the town of Altea where you will find a picturesque old town with white washed houses and a beautiful old church nestled amongst antique, craft and art shops. Just 10 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see their homes when out at sea.
Benidorm / Finestrat area
Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. The development of Sierra Cortina itself has a new Spa centre with health treatments, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts and cafeteria. An 18 hole Pitch and Putt course is now available at Sierra Cortina. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. We are also able to organise any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require.
How to get there
Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 mintues) the property is approximately 10 mintues from junction 65 following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the Terra Mitica theme park station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. The main bedroom has a dressing area and built in wardrobes, the other two rooms also have built in wardrobes. This brand new home has been furnished to a very high standard and is set in a very sunny position with private off road parking. Free standing air-conditioning units are available at the villa - a supplement of 25 euros per week is made.
Further details outdoors: Set in a small cul de sac of properties in a popular residential area, the property has access to fabulous landscaped gardens and lagoon style swimming pools. The cul de sac is gated giving private and secure parking to cars. Within a few minutes walk is the newly opened Spa with health and beauty treatments, gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, paddle and tennis courts and restaurant/cafe bar. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are also very nearby as is the Real de Faula golf club. Further details
A 20% (minimum 250 euros) deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. A 350€ damage deposit will also be required. A small charge will be made for the departure clean and laundry.
