This detached villa is set in very quiet residential area, and is ideal for a very relaxing holiday. The villa is not overlooked and has private, well-established gardens and a private pool terrace with outdoor hot and cold water shower. The accommodation is all on one level offering three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooker. The open plan living area, with its lovely sea views, leads to a covered terrace with table and chairs for dining: access to an outside terrace ideal for morning coffee/light dining. The villa also has a washing machine for guest use. NEW FACILITY - The property now has free WiFi access.

Outside:: The gardens are set at the front of the house with views down to Altea and the sea: fruit trees include lemon, orange and apple - help yourself when they are in season! The swimming pool is approximately 8m x 4 m with deep end reaching almost 2 metres. Access is by metal stairs set in the shallow end of the pool. There is a small wooden gate to separate the covered terrace and pool area, although we do ask that children are not left unaccompanied at any time in or near the pool. There is a hot and cold water shower for use before or after leaving the pool.

Coast / beaches:: All the local towns have a traditional Mediterranean feel. Altea is well known for its palm-lined walkways, fishing port and marina, as well as atmospheric cobbled lanes with artisan shops and quality restaurants. La Nucia is well known for its regular Sunday market, whilst the Avenida Porvilla has some of the most beautiful views of the area, looking out over the 'tossalets' (small rises) covered in pine and fruit trees. The nearest beaches are about a 15 minute drive away.

Shopping facilities:: Alfas del Pi has a number of supermarkets and local shops, the post office and a number of banks are in the town as well as a weekly (Friday) general market. There are also stunning mountain and countryside areas within a 30 minute drive - off the beaten path to that 'hidden' part of the Costa Blanca.

"Ein Traum"

Wir durften eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus wohnen und haben jede Sekunde genossen. Die Lage ist einmalig ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in Alfaz del PI oder Altea oder am Meer. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Man ist hier absolut privat. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und die Terasse und der Poolbereich sind nicht einsehbar und somit absolut privat. Der Blick in die Berge und zum Meer ist atemberaubend. Die offene Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet. Das Haus ist absolut sicher, da man die Türen mit zusätzlichen Gittern schliessen kann. So konnten wir unsere Wertsachen problemlos im haus lassen, während wir unterwegs waren.
