Home description
A peaceful newly built house in a small complex completed in July 2007. Gated complex with private parking. This property would suit couples who require a restful holiday or like travelling around this Spanish region. From the front garden, the front door leads into the hallway with a downstairs cloakroom, stairs lead upto the bedrooms and bathrooms, Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and hair dryers are also left.
Mosquito nets are fitted at some of the windows.
Downstairs the kitchen has an electric hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, an adjacent door leads into the utility room for the washing machine sink and storage area. From the ktichen the hallway leads into a spacious lounge, with dining table, flat screen televisiion and also a CD player.
Large patio doors lead out onto a covered terrace again with plenty of dining space and garden furniture and a lawned back garden, Six steps down to the communal pool.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Good climate all year round. Approximately 15 - 20 degrees celcius in the winter Finestrat is inland, but at the same time is only 5 minutes away from La Cala beach, which is a small cove but with several restaurants and bars.
Benidorm and Levante beach would be about 10 minutes drive away and comes alive at night.
Benidorm / Finestrat area
We are very near to several Theme Parks for great family days out. If you want to try and improve your handicap then there are Golf Courses nearby too. The area has a vibrant nightlife, with Benidorm Palace and the Casino along with various nightclubs out there for your entertainment. Or you can soak up the local culture and sit with the locals in the nearby restaurants situtated in Finestrat Village.
The La Marina shopping centre is literally a 4 minute drive along and meets up with the carrefour hypermarket both places have lots of eating outlets.
How to get there
Fly into Alicante, collect your car and head North signposted Valencia. Take the A7 motorway its about a 40 minute drive make sure you have some change for the Toll which will be no more than 3 Euro's you then turn off at Junction 65A.

Beautiful views from the terrace over looking La Cala Bay and Benidorm There is also a communal outdoor swimming pool . A fitness club, with indoor pool, sauna jacuzzi and gym, Tennis courts, cafe and a bar 4 minutes walk from the house. ., There are also two new Champion Golf courses, again within a five minute drive.
La Marina shopping centre is 4 minutes away by car leading into Carrefour shopping, again with many cafes and bars.

Deposits are £60 per person with full payment due 8 weeks before the date of travel. Cheques will be accepted according to the payment terms. A receipt of payment will be dispatched upon confirmation of deposit.
A cheque for £200 must be paid in advance for any damage. Upon leaving an inspection will be made and a cheque sent back to yourself within 48 hours if everything is o.k
Upon arrival a 70 Euro deposit will be taken for the keys to the house . This will be returned on your departure
