A spacious built house in a small gated complex .Private parking. This property would suit couples or families who require a restful holiday or like travelling around this Spanish region.We are very close to all the Theme Parks.
Downstairs the kitchen has an electric hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and microwave, an adjacent door leads into the utility room for the washing machine sink and storage area. From the ktichen the hallway leads into a spacious lounge, with dining table, flat screen television and also a CD player.
Large patio doors lead out onto a covered terrace again with plenty of dining space and garden furniture with beautiful sea views.There is also a lawned back garden,and six steps down to the communal pool. Up stairs there are three bedrooms all of which have fitted wardrobes, two of the bedrooms have mosquito nets at the windows.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Good climate all year round. Approximately 15 - 20 degrees celcius in the winter Finestrat is inland, but at the same time 5 minutes away from La Cala beach, which is a small sandy cove and with several restaurants and bars.
The famous long sandy Benidorm and Levante beach would be about 10 minutes drive away and comes alive at night. Try the old part of Benidorm especially for the Fish restaurants.
Benidorm / Finestrat area
We are very near to several Theme Parks for great family days out. Terra Mittica, Aqualandia, and Mundomar. There is also the Real De Faula Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Benidorm area has a vibrant nightlife, with Benidorm Palace and the Casino along with various nightclubs out there for your entertainment. Or you can soak up the local culture and sit with the locals in the nearby restaurants situtated in Finestrat Village.
The La Marina shopping centre is literally a 4 minutes drive along and meets up with the carrefour hypermarket both places have lots of eating outlets. Fashion shops including Zara's and C & A's are also in the shopping centre.
The local gym and spa is a few minutes walk away, consisting of a 4 paddle tennis cours, indoor pool and gym, Restaurant with a Menu of the Day and bar.
How to get there
Fly into Alicante, collect your car and head North signposted Valencia. Take the A7 motorway its about a 40 minute drive make sure you have some change for the Toll which will be no more than 3 Euro's you then turn off at Junction 65A.

Further details indoors: This is a large modern town house with all modern conveniences, lovely for alfresco dining. Good size garden area and well kept lawns and pool area.
Further details outdoors: The complex is gated and good security. We also have our own parking space. There is a covered terrace with dining table and chairs seating for 6 people. Beautiful views from the terrace over looking Benidorm There is a large communal outdoor swimming pool . Sierra Cortina has its own fitness club, with indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym, Tennis courts, cafe and a bar 4 minutes walk from the house. ., There are also two new Champion Golf courses, again within a five minute drive.
La Marina shopping centre is 4 minutes away by car leading into Carrefour shopping, again with many cafes and bars we even have Zara's and also C & A's.
Further details
We require a 25% deposit on booking, and full payment will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We will also require a damage and key holding deposit of £200. Once your arrival times are noted we will arrange for the cleaner to be there to hand keys over and welcome you to the house. A welcome pack can also be provided for you upon request.
We supply all towels and linen.

Deposits are £100 non- refundable with full payment due 8 weeks before the date of travel. Cheques will be accepted according to the payment terms. A receipt of payment will be dispatched upon confirmation of deposit.
A holding cheque of £200 must be paid in advance for any damage occured and also the holding fee for the KEYS.An inspection will be made and the cheque sent back to yourself.
