Home description

This is a beautifully furnished and well equipped 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and is a perfect base to laze away the long hot days at the lagoon style pool or to enjoy the many activities on offer around the many nearby towns.

You will be 2 minutes away from a golf course, new spa centre, 5 minutes from the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park and Terra Natura zoo. Benidorm is also just a 10 minute drive away with its wonderful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. There is a hypermarket and shopping mall just 5 mintues from the property.

The lovely private garden is equipped with table, chairs and BBQ and is perfect to enjoy the long hot sunny days and the alfresco dining.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the site and smell is incredible.

Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by.

The Santa Barbera castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebtations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food. The resort of Albir just 10 minutes by car north of this property has a lovely sandy beach and the beach town of Altea has a picturesque old town with white washed houses and a beautiful old church nestled amongst antique, craft and art shops. Just 10 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see there home when out at sea.

Benidorm itself is a very lively holiday resort all year round with shops, restaurangs, cafe bars and entertainment for all ages.

In the resort of Sierra Cortina, there is a newly opened Spa Centre which as well as health treatments also has an indoor swimming pool, paddle and tennis courts, gymnasium and cafeteria. We are also able to organise any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hie, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball ... just tell us what you require.


How to get there

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 mintues) the property is approximately 10 mintues from junction 65 following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. You can also access the property from the coastal N332 road. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the Terra Mitica theme park station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. We are happy to arrange your airport transfer or daily or weekly car hire.

The property is beautifully furnished with modern styles and home from home comforts. The corner plot has a good size private front and side garden leading to the front door which opens into a spacious hallway. The cloakroom leads off as does the door into the kitchen which is well fitted with fridge and washing machine and even has a separate utility room with the washing machine and drying area.

The large lounge has leather sofas and a wall of sliding doors leading to the rear covered terrace and private garden. The lounge and garden have spectacular views accross to the sea and skyline of Benidorm, there is a pool view from the garden and direct access. The dining area has a beautiful large table and 6 leather chairs and a picture window overlooking the garden.

The stairs lead to the main bedroom which again is a good size and has plenty of wardrobe space, the en-suite bathroom has jacuzzi bath and twin sinks set into a granite worktop. The other two bedroom are both twin bedded rooms and also have built in wardrobes. There is a family shower room. This is a very comfortable and spacious property offering home from home comforts to ensure you have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Further details outdoors:
The private garden is a good size and has views towards the lagoon style communal swimming pool and direct access. The downstairs terrace has table and chairs BBQ. The properties are situated within a small gated residential area in a cul de sac which provides private parking. Bicycles can be rented by the day or week and nearby the Spa Centre has paddle and tennis court.

Linen and towels are included. Mid week cleaning and laundry services can be arranged if required together with Welcome grocery packs.


Conditions

A 20% (minimum 250 euros) deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 56 days before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or bank transfer. We will request a 350euro damage deposit which will be returned once your holiday is completed. We also charge a small departure clean and laundry fee, please ask for details.
