This is a light, airy, spacious, south-facing, 2-bedroomed apartment not far from Benidorm's beautiful Levante Beach and old town. Although the apartment will sleep up to 6 people, it's ideally suited for 4. With 4 people staying for 1 week, prices start at around 5 pounds per person per night - surely one of the best deals you'll find in Benidorm. Living/Dining Room: Open-plan, with two settees seating a total of 6, and dining seating for 6. 32", flat-screened TV and DVD player in lounge.
Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, comfortably sleeping 4 people - 1 with double bed, the other with two single beds.
Bathroom: 1 fully-tiled bathroom with bath, shower attachment, wash basin with mirror, and toilet. Hair dryer.
Kitchen: Fully tiled with 4-ring hob (3 gas, 1 electric), fridge, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board.
Balcony: Glassed-in (easy to open) with tables and chairs, plus good views over Benidorm, and sea views of both Levante and Poniente Beaches.
Communal Pool: Large, communal swimming pool, with separate children's pool.

hi to all,my wife and i stayed here in june this year and had the best time ever,we had booked for the same 2 weeks next year but because of 2 petty comments about the apartment we are no longer able… More

As you're already aware, from 19th April 2015 onwards, the apartment will no longer be available for holiday lets, but will be let out on a permanent let, the main reason for this change being that enquiries/bookings have dropped considerably after receiving two poor reviews on the TripAdvisor/HolidayLettings websites.
I've really enjoyed doing the holiday lets and meeting all the different people, 'though I have to say it will be nice not to have to do so much washing, ironing and cleaning!:)
I've also found the HolidayLettings site excellent, and would highly recommend it to any property owner.
However, I do have a couple of comments to make ...
TripAdvisor is, deservedly, an extremely popular and well-respected site. It's because my apartment is advertised on the HolidayLettings site, and the affiliation between the two sites, that the apartment appears on Tripadvisor, and it seems to be Tripadvisor who chiefly handles any reviews. The only thing is, two reviews I received (one good, one bad) which now appear on both the TripAdvisor and HolidayLettings sites were not, in fact, let through HolidayLettings, but privately. On the surface, there is nothing wrong with this. But, let me continue ...
I've lived permanently on the Costa Blanca for some 30 years now, successfully letting out my own properties for 25 of those (I have three other properties in Benidorm), so I know most of the properties here, and a good number of the people letting them out.
Just over 12 months ago, it was mentioned to me how easy it is to manipulate 5 star reviews for properties on TripAdvisor and, consequently, on HolidayLettings. All you need do is get a friend or family member to submit a good review to TripAdvisor saying they´ve stayed at your property, you accept the review and, Bob's your uncle, you have another excellent review both on TripAdvisor and HolidayLettings.
At the time, I paid very little attention, because this was just not my scene. However, after having two reviews come through the HolidayLettings/TripAdvisor partnership which were lettings not done through them, and of which they had no proof except my word, I can now see how easy this sort of manipulation would be.
If TripAdvisor and HolidayLettings are happy with this set up, so be it.
For my part, I'd just like to say a big "thank you" to each and every one of the people who have stayed in my apartment, and also to those who will be staying there.

Unfortunately, if you want a good-sized, 2 double-bedroomed apartment in this part of Benidorm, which is also in tip-top condition, I think you must be prepared to pay quite a bit more than you actually did.
We started this apartment on holiday lets during the recession, our aim being to provide people - be they youngsters, families with children, or retired; English, Spanish, French, or Belgian - with an affordable holiday in Benidorm, in a pleasant apartment.
Want perfection? Then I suggest you dig deeper into your pockets and put your money where your expectations are.

First of all, I'd like to say how very sorry I am that you were disappointed with the apartment, and that the holiday didn't come up to your expectations.
Happily, this is not always the case. The apartment is popular - as can be seen by its availability calendar - and we receive several repeat bookings. For example, people who came to stay just one week after you left, and who also booked through Holiday Lettings, have already booked for June 2015. I quote:
"We stayed at your apartment a couple of weeks ago ... We thoroughly enjoyed it and want to know when the earliest we can book the same 2 weeks next year ... We fell in love with the apartment ...".
However, to address the issues you raised.
"The settees were really stained" Unfortunately, it's true there are several black marks on the settes, made by previous visitors. Whilst the apartment does have a number of covers/blankets which can be used as covers, I'll now look for proper settee covers of an appropriate colour. I would have been happy to do this if you had contacted me about it whilst staying in the apartment.
"There was no cooker just a hob" The dictionary says that "cooker" means "an apparatus for cooking food; an appliance or utensil for cooking". For this reason, the box for "cooker" is ticked on the Holiday Lettings website. In the actual description, I do specify that it's a 4-ring hob, and also list the other cooking appliances, such as microwave and toaster.
I think you mean there was no "oven", ie "an enclosed heated compartment for baking or roasting food". I do not offer an oven, and have never made any claims of doing so.
"The bath was for a very small person" It's true that the bath isn't very big, and I'll be including a photo of the bath/bathroom on Holiday Lettings so that people can judge for themselves whether or not this will be an inconvenience. All other photos of the apartment are recent, have not been altered by Photoshop, and are an accurate reflection of what the apartment is like.
"The owner needs to buy new pots to cook with" We replace all pots and pans with new ones every 12 months. However, if you had let me know you were displeased with them, I'd have happily bought new ones for you.
With the economic climate as it is, my aim is to provide a very pleasant, good-sized apartment, at an affordable price. For example, your 7 nights in late May 2014 for 3 adults and 1 child cost you a total of 233.20 pounds or 58.30 pounds per person, to include electric, gas, linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
I can only repeat that I'm really sorry you were disappointed with the apartment, and did not consider it good value for money.

"A very relaxing break."
This was a nice letting which gave us plenty of space to relax. Sometimes its just nnice ti have more than a bedroom to retreat to after a day of walking :)
Great location 5-10 mins from the beach and in a quieter area than further downtown and literally round the corner from the supermarket.
Great view from a spacious balcony.
