Further details indoors: The lounge/diner has satelite TV, all rooms have aircon/heating units. The complex has a lovely communal pool area and tennis courts. The terrace is equipped with loungers, coffee tables,table and chairs, clothes dryer and a small portable barbecue. Spectacular views of the bay. The rear balconies also overlook the bay.
Further details outdoors: Steps down lead to small pebble garden to front door. Pool has large grassed surrounds and pool chairs are provided in the house. Tennis court is at the end of the terrace and rackets/balls are provided in the house.

Welcome pack can be provided to avoid immediate shopping on arriva. Cost is 30 euro's, , and includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, eggs, bacon, marmelade, fruit, wine, soft drinks, loo rolls, salt, pepper etc.. Sheets/towels can be changed mid stay at cost of 30 Euro's, Airport pick ups from 60 Euro's depending on time and numbers in party. Travel cot available, cost 10 euro's a week. All extra's can be paid on arrival.

THERE IS A SUPPLEMENT PAYMENT OF £25 PER PERSON PER WEEK FOR BOOKINGS OF OVER SIX PEOPLE Sorry no animals or singles groups, this is a quiet family oriented estate. Smokers are asked to smoke outside. Breakages should be replaced or cost would be deducted from £100 returnable deposit which must be paid on arrival. Payment can be made in sterling via an english bank account. A 20% deposit required to secure a booking and payment in full to be made 8 weeks before arrival.
