Nearby mountain villages of Guadalest, excellent municipal pool over looked by bell tower, Finestrat, nice childs park with biggest hand fountain and stream, Polop, square of 200 spa fountains famed for health giving properties, are all worth a visit. Fonts D'Algar mountain pools, waterfalls are a must. Beaches of Villajoyoisa, pretty multi coloured cottages, Benidorm, needs no introduction, Calpe,excellent fish restaurants in harbour, Javea safe sandy beach with excellent restaurants on promenade, all within easy reach.. Suits walkers, anglers, cyclists, horse riders, and beach babes.

Try Benidorm Palace for special night out, Local Go-Kart track within 5 minutes. You can never get bored here, too many places and activities available to mention all. Try Benidorms own website for details of fiesta's again too many to list. Many restaurants provide Menu Del Dia, three courses inclding bread, Ali Oli, wine or beer from as little as 6.50 Euro's. Chinese meals from 4.50 Euro's including wine/beer, Full english breakfast from as little as 1.59 Euro's to gargantuan breakfast for 4.50 Euro's, served all day in most places.. A real cosmopolitan area with restaurants of all origins.

The lounge/diner has satelite TV, (own sky card needed), all rooms have aircon/heating units. The complex has a lovely communal pool area and tennis courts. The terrace is equipped with loungers, coffee tables,table and chairs, clothes dryer and a small portable barbecue. Spectacular views of the bay. The rear balconies also overlook the bay.

Steps down lead to small pebble garden to front door. Pool has large grassed surrounds and pool chairs are provided in the house. Tennis court is at the end of the terrace and rackets/balls are provided in the house.

Sheets/towels can be changed mid stay at cost of 35 Euro's, . Travel cot available, cost 10 euro's a week. All extra's can be paid on arrival.

Conditions

Sorry no animals or singles groups, this is a quiet family oriented estate. Smokers are asked to smoke outside. Breakages should be replaced or cost would be deducted from £100 returnable deposit which must be paid on arrival. Payment can be made in sterling via an english bank account. A 20% deposit required to secure a booking and payment in full to be made 8 weeks before arrival.
