You will be 2 minutes away from a golf course, new spa centre, 5 minutes from the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura zoo and water park. Benidorm is also just a 10 minute drive away with its wonderful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Aqualandia water park and Mundomar Marine park are easily accesible. There is a Carrefour hypermarket and the La Marina shopping mall just 5 minutes from the property.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive/AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible.
Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival
Benidorm / Sierra Cortina area
Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.
Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoyosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. The development of Sierra Cortina itself has a new Spa centre with health treatments, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts and cafeteria. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. How to get there
Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 mintues) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the Terra Mitica theme park station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental.

Further details indoors: This corner property has a large private garden and the front door leads into a hallway with door to the cloakroom and through to the well equipped kitchen which has oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a breakfast table and chairs. The large and light lounge has a dining area with table and chairs, TV, DVD and music centre with many CDs and films included for your enjoyment.
One wall of this room is made up of glass doors leading to the covered terrace area and private garden which is equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers and is perfect to enjoy the long hot sunny days and the alfresco dining. Upstairs the main bedroom is large with doors leading out to a further terrace area.
There are built in wardrobes and the en-suite has a jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom also has built in wardrobes and there is a further family shower room.The property is very comfortably furnished with modern styles, and is a very spacious property.
Further details outdoors: The private garden is large and has views towards the lagoon style communal swimming pools. The downstairs terrace has table and chairs and sun loungers. The property is situated within a small gated residential area in a cul de sac which provides private and secure parking.

Linen and towels are included, a small charge is made for the departure clean and laundry. Mid week cleaning and laundry services can be arranged if required. We can also organise grocery welcome packs containing the essentials or luxury packs with champagne and chocolates and anything for that special occasion. We are also able to provide you with all baby equipment, safe, hairdryer, bicycles, etc. please ask for whatever it is you require.
Conditions
A 20% (250 euros minimum) deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 56 days before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or bank transfer. We will request a 350 euro damage deposit which will be returned once your holiday is completed. We can also offer a discount for stays of 14 days or more.
