Home description

The apartments Marc are situated in the “Roma street, s/n” in the Rincon de Loix area only 200 meters down to all amenities, i.e. shops, banks, restaurants, bars etc. The distance to the Levante beach is approximately 800 mts for you to enjoy at any time.
The apartments Marc are cosy and spacious apartments with one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. The kitchen is American style equipped for 4 people and the apartment also has a complete bathroom and spacious terrace. Included in the price is a television and washing machine. If you wish you can also hire a safety deposit box for your personal use. There is also a community swimming pool or use of its residents. Prices include change of linen weekly (sheets and towels) but not on stays of a month or more, electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage deposit to pay of €100. Prices are based on 7 night stays if you wish to book for less there is a supplement of 54€ between June and September and 42€ the rest of the year.

The faithful tourists that flock to Benidorm are lucky enough to find themselves residing in a town that boasts many distinct and dramatic features. Whatever the reason for your visit, Benidorm has become the Spanish 'Mecca' for the millions that come every year.

Benidorm, with some of the most idyllic beaches in the world, is located on the Costa Blanca (White Coast). Sandy white shores and clear blue waters are bathed in glorious Spanish sunshine for more than 300 days of the year.
There are two main beaches: Levante, meaning sunrise and Poniente, meaning sunset. The former is the backbone of the 'New Town' of Benidorm and the latter leads directly to the neighbouring community of La Cala via the harbour in the 'Old Town'. Both are superb places to play or relax.


Benidorm / Levante Beach area

The original town, or Old Town, has a great deal of character and originality. It is here that you can appreciate Spanish culture in the form of food, drink, leather ware and shoe shops.

The Old Town practically shuts down between the hours of 1:30p.m. and 5p.m. However, shops are open until 8p.m. or later. There are few hotels and tourist apartments in the Old Town, thus preserving that typical 'Taste of Spain'. The New Town serves as a splendid contrast with neon lights and fluorescence aplenty.

How to find the office FOLIES VACANCES?

Take the exit from the motorway marked BENIDORM-CENTRO-LEVANTE, it’s the first exit for Benidorm if you are coming from Valencia and the second if you are coming from Alicante. After you pass through the tolls keep following the signs marked Levante, you will cross over a main road called Avenida de la Comunidad Valenciana and on to the Avenida Europa. Carry on this road till you reach the roundabout (on your right there should be the Café París), while you go round the roundabout you should take the 3rd exit which brings you on to the Avenida Mediterraneo. Following this road to the end you will find yourself with another roundabout and there you take the 2nd exit which will bring you to the Avenida Atmella del Mar. Continue up this road about 400 metres and on the right hand side is our agency between the “Banco Popular” and the “La Caixa”. You must pay 30% of the total price, once we have received this we can then confirm your booking.

This can be paid by cash, visa or bank transfer. This must be paid within 48 hrs of requesting the booking.

The rest of de monies are to be paid in cash on arrival, when collecting your keys, plus 100 € (1 bedroom) or 150 € (2 bedrooms), refundable breakage deposit.

If you are leaving your holiday apartment any other time other than 10 am your deposit will be returned by bank transfer or if you have paid by credit card we will do the refund to your credit card. Sundays deposits cannot be refunded as we cannot check the apartments, therefore these will be returned on Mondays either via bank transfer or to the credit card (if you have paid by credit card)


If your arrival is out of our office hours, the keys will be colleted from a Hotel near to Folies Vacances.
To be able to use this service you have to pay the total of your booking plus the 100 € (1 bedroom) or 150 € (2 bedrooms), refundable breakage deposit beforehand.

Minimum stays are 7 nights. For bookings less tan 7 nights there is a supplement to pay on the price of €52 between June– September. The rest of the year the supplement is €40. These bookings can only be taken, during the summer months, one week prior to travel.
