The lounge is impressive, very large and light. You will find two sets of french doors opening to the terrace to the front. Two leather sofas plus easy chairs fit beautifully around the flat screen TV and feature fireplace.
The dining area seats 6 people and there is a second dining table seating a further 6 people in the kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
Stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms. The master suite has doors opening to its own small balcony. There are plenty of wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. The second and third bedrooms are both twin rooms and each have double doors opening to a large circular terrace with amazing sea views. A further bathroom is located on this floor.
A second staircase from the lounge leads downstairs to a self contained area which also has its own front door leading out to the gardens and pool. We start with a large open plan room where you will find a double bed and 3 single beds making an ideal family room. One wall of this room which is already light is made more so with a floor to ceiling mirrored wall.
There is a second lounge, again with leather sofas around an ornamental fireplace. A smaller kitchenette is also found in this lounge, ideal for families or friends holidaying together but wanting some independance.
A further bedroom with double and single bed completes the sleeping arrangements for this floor. You will also find a shower room plus a laundry room with washing machine and there is also plenty of wardrobe space here.
|Further details outdoors|
As you walk through the gates into the garden you cannot help but smile at the beautiful garden and large wide staircase leading up to the front door. The garden area is beautifully maintained with a regular gardener and has lots of tropical plants, palms and bushes as well as grass areas to sit and relax and soak up the sun.
The pool is large with both roman steps to enter the shallow end and a ladder for the deeper end. There is a mosiac dolphin in the bottom of the pool which looks wonderful at night when everywhere is lit up.
A great purpose built BBQ area occupies one side of the garden which has seating to a bar area and a mosaic tiled table and bench chairs around. The BBQ is ready to go, just add charcoal and there is also running water. You will find easy access to the kitchen which is perfect when dining outside.
To the front of the house leading off the lounge is a beautiful round terrace which is furnished with cane woven chairs and sofa and dining table and chairs. The views from this terrace are stunning of the mountains and sea.
Upstairs from the bedrooms is another rounded terrace with better sea views where you can take in the landmark rock at Calpe known as the Peñon de Ifach.
There is private parking on a driveway plus plenty of additional parking outside of the villa on the road.
This villa is ideal for all ages and caters well to anyone with walking difficulties as there is a twin bedroom on the entrance level plus private access to the lower level bedrooms although please be aware that the main entrance to the villa is via several steps.

The Valenciana region
The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible.
Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by. The Santa Barbara castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebrations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically Spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food.
The resort of Albir just 10 minutes by car south of this property- take a walkialong the lovely promenade between Albir and Altea, popular amongst tourists, for a morning or evening stroll. The fishing town of Calpe is superb to visit and renowned for its fish restaurants selling the catches of the day. Just 20 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see their homes when out at sea. Benidorm beaches and nightlife can easily be reached by car, taxi or local bus service.
Villa Vista Mar is within a few minutes walk of a large international supermarket, restaurant, bank, bus stop and taxi rank. There are lots of other restaurants café bars and amenities nearby. The bus service linking the area with Benidorm runs approximately every hour in Summer, not quite as frequently in the winter months.
The town of La Nucia has lots of facilities and you are also within a short distance of Alfaz del Pi which has a railway station to Alicante and Denia to the North.
Benidorm is a popular and all year round resort offering fantastic beaches and professional entertainment. There are plenty of golf courses to choose from and you also have theme parks and water parks and many other excursions on offer.
Markets around the towns are held weekly and offer good fruit and vegetable shopping as well as clothes and souvenirs.

"Villa Valentina, La Nucia"
Stayed for 7 days in the villa. Well equipped, very spacious with lovely garden. My family group of 13 made good use of the excellent pool. Has a great seated area outside with BBQ. Good location, Benidorm about 4 miles away, probably recommend hire cars if you intend travelling into Benidorm often as taxis for a large number of people could run out expensive. Supermarket down the road very good, just 5 minutes walk away. Only downside was that some of the furniture on the terraced area needs to be replaced or repaired. Few other problems with jacuzzi, cooker in main kitchen, tv`s in bedrooms, broken sunbeds, some lighting not working. Helpful if there were some instructions on use for some of the electrics, electrical items in villa. However these points did not detract from a lovely stay made all the better from some lovely warm, sunshine.
Thank you for your review of your stay at the villa. The owners have taken on board that instructions would be useful and this is currently being arranged. The broken sunbeds have now been removed and replaced. We are very pleased that you all enjoyed your stay!

14 of us stayed at Villa Valentina recently for four nights.
We had a fantastic time despite the miserable weather! We had a few hours of sunshine so when it was out we either headed for the pool or beach!
The villa itself was lovely - very very spacious and modern.
The grounds were vere secure and there was a local supermarket and taxi rank within walking distance.
The weather was bad and there were not proper instuctions within the housebook to get the heating working so i have informed the managment company that he housebook needs updating.
As there was a large group of us we had to get four taxi at a time (which ended up being quite expensive to travel in an out of benidorm (normally around 12 euros per cab) and we went into benidorm a lot as there was not much else to do (if the sun was not shining) but think there is a bus service into Benidorm which we didnt try due to it being so cold!!!!
One downside is that there was no safe in the villa! This would have come in handy for pasports etc.
On the whole though i would go back in a flash providing the weather was nice. When the sun shone - it was lovely.
Benidorm town was great for shopping and going out at night.
Glad you had a good time - it doesnt always rain in Spain!
