The property is beautifully furnished and has central heating The apartment is all electric, so no need for gas bottles. The apartment overlooks magnificent gardens.
The Apartment benefits from Satellite Television - English channels and numerous film channels.
Please note the swimming pool is closed from Mid September until Mid June.
The apartment is LUXURY FOR TWO PEOPLE and possibly 1 or 2 children but for 4 adults a little cosy.

The apartment stands in magnificent, well tended gardens with tennis courts and swimming pool on site. A short walk through the gardens puts you in amongst the bars, shops and famous indoor market. The beach (Levante) is less than ten minutes walk. The local bus stop is outside the apartment. For those with a car the apartment has secure parking at no extra charge.
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a booking.
Balance payable six weeks before date of arrival.
A 150 pound deposit (Payable with final balance) is required against loss/damage which is refundable within two weeks after departure.
Payment accepted by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Pay Pal in pounds or Euros.

"LOVELY APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION"
I have just returned home to Ireland after having 3 great weeks in Playmon Park B apartments.
I will start off by saying a big thank you to Mike and Clive for being so helpful with everything as I have always booked package holidays before and never booked flights and accommodation separate..
I was nervous because my flight didn't arrive in Benidorm till midnight, and travelling with my daughter who is 14 all i was hoping for was that it would all go smoothly and the person would be there to meet me with the key for the apartment and that I would not be waiting around in the dark not knowing were to go. There was no need for me to worry as I was told to ring the rep when my plane arrived in Benidorm and that would give the rep time to get to the agreed meeting point to collect the key.
I got a bus to the apartment from the airport, the bus company i used was called resorted hopper and it left me right outside the apartment block.The rep was there waiting on us to arrive and I have to say he was very plasant. He took us up to the apartment and explained everything to us, he also made sure we had the right phone number for the company just incase we needed to be in touch with them for anything whilst we were in Benidorm.
The apartment is exactly the way you see it in the photos. It was very comfortable and the sun is on the apartment all day. I found it great for the two of us, but two of my family members came over for six days and it was a bit tight with four. Saying that my sister and neice said the pull out bed in the living room was more comfortable than there own beds at home. The views from the apartment are great and the garden and pool areas are kept immaculate and all the staff around are very friendly and as helpful as possible.
I found the location just great. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk down to the main road and 10 minutes walk to the main strip with all the pubs and clubs the beach is also about 10 minutes walk away
There are plenty of places to eat and i found it great value for money. The magic roundabout was one of our favourite places to eat out.
I arrived in Benidorm on the 6th of June and returned home on the 27th of June. The pool in the apartment block didn't open until the 15th of June due to new life guard rules. There is a hotel 2-3 minutes walk away which you can actually see from the apartment and there was no problem using there pool
I would recommend the Playmon Park B apartments, and I would have no hesitation in staying there again .

"Neat, modern apartment ideal for two people"
We previously stayed in one of the owners other properties for the last two years and thought we would give this apartment a try. We were very pleased with the accommodation as it was newly refurbished and very modern. The apartment is small and cosy but we think it is ideal for two people. The views are excellent and the apartment is in the sun all day. We stayed there for three weeks and everything we needed was supplied, particularly fresh bedding and towels weekly. "Compact apartment with stunning views close to facilities"
This apartment was a little on the snug side but nicely decorated and furnished and ideal for two people. The kitchen was a little small so not really suitable for cooking meals but with plenty of places to eat this isn't really an issue. The bathroom was a nice size and the lounge was warm and sunny as it was south facing (though might get a little too hot during the summer months as there is no air conditioning).
Set on the 13th floor there are stunning views over Benidorm and the sea and down to the gardens which are spacious and well maintained with a cute little river (despite the noisy ducks which did however add character). The pool was closed as it was a winter visit but seemed large enough to accommodate summer visitors.
The walls are a little thin as is normal in these blocks so there was noise from the neighbours and parking is limited. Unfortunately they were doing renovation work during the stay which did result in a lot of drilling and banging. During the time we were there it appeared that most of the residents were Spanish which was nice though the occupancy dynamics probably change during the summer months.
For people with mobility issues a car is advisable as it is very hilly and although it's a downhill walk to all the shops/bars etc. there's a steep walk back up to the apartment which elderly / mobility impaired would struggle with.
The contact with both the owner and the key-holder was excellent and they were more than helpful in answering pre- visit questions and the instructions and directions were clear and easy to follow.
The range of English television channels offered was beyond expectation and was in fact more comprehensive than I get at home, the one thing I would have liked was wi-fi access but for those desperate to get online there are plenty of bars on the beach front offering this service.
This isn't a place for a luxury stay, for larger parties or for those wanting to be front line but I would definitely recommend and will definitely return in the near future.
Thanks for your comments. The work being done during your stay was the whole building being re-wired - something that has been in the pipeline for a few years and has finally been done, bring the building's electrical installation from the 70s up to modern standards.
With reference to the lack of Air conditioning, we've found it not to be required (the opinion of our guests) during the summer months - as the apartment is on the 13th floor, slightly opening a window at either end of the apartment creates a breeze which is enough to keep the apartment cool.
The apartment shares parking with the Block C (further up the road) besides the few spaces located directly outside the main entrance. This car park has enough spaces to cater for all 3 blocks, but can be an issue in July & August - as 99% of our guests fly and don't hire a car whilst on their stay, the parking doesn't really cause any issues.
Again, thank you for your honest opinions, they are appreciated. We hope to hear from you again in the near future when looking for an apartment in Benidorm or Benalmadena.
