Used by owner for personal holidays and well cared for. Located on the first floor in well-maintained building with 2 lifts and secluded garden with pool. Parking space(s) provided. Right in the centre of Benidorm but in a small very quiet street, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, but want to be near the beach and amenities, the location is perfect.
There is a Spanish-speaking caretaker who is on duty during the daytime who cleans the public areas and pool every day and who also tends the garden and keeps an eye on who is coming and going. It's a relatively small building with only three apartments on each floor. Most of the owners are Spanish and seem to be away most of the time. You'll be surprised by how quiet it is, even in high season!
The "Rincon de Loix", where a lot of British holiday makers stay, is where a lot of night clubs and bars are located, and is about 15 minutes' walk away, but if you prefer to mix with Spanish people the old town is about 10 minutes' walk in the other direction and has lots of tapas bars, cafes. Shops, etc.
A car isn't really needed as you can go almost everywhere on foot. There is also a good local bus service. A large supermarket, "mercadona" is on the same street and a shopping caddy is provided, so buying food is easy. There are plenty of (new) pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, etc in the kitchen and ample bed linen and towels are also at hand. Beach towels and beach chairs ARE provided. The TV has only Spanish channels but there is a DVD player and you can rent British/American DVDs from a nearby shop.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The area has a hot, arid climate which is perfect for holidaymakers year-round.
Even in the middle of winter, once the sun comes up, the temperature rises and you'll be in shorts and a t-shirt by midday. People are on the beach year-round but it can get cold at night in wintertime. Summer months are very hot but heat starts to diminish in August.
Benidorm / Levante Beach area
Benidorm has something for everyone! there is a section called the "Rincon de Loix" which is full of British people and has numerous British pubs, clubs and fish 'n chip places, which some people may like and some may not, but it's just a small part of the city as a whole.
If you walk a few minutes towards the centre it changes completely and you will have a mixture of people from all over Europe, and a more Spanish feel. If you go even further you come to the Spanish section, or Old Town, which is very Spanish and has lots of tapas bars and places to eat that are full of spanish people. For children there is "terra mitica", a huge fun park with all kinds of rides and attractions that is close by. Alicante city is worth visiting and there are lots of small villages along the coast that you can explore too.
In the immediate surrounding area there is a large supermarket (MERCADONA), a dry-cleaner's, a greengrocer's, a butcher's, a bank with cash dispenser, an internet cafe/phone shop, a great open-air barbecue restaurant (chicken/rabbit etc.) several bars and cafes (one run by a British couple where you can get great full English breakfasts in the morning or a drink at night) and several mini-marts where you can buy food and other essentiels at all hours. There is an "OpenCor" that sells all kinds of food, magazines, cigarettes, DVDs, gifts, etc. that is open until 2am every day.
How to get there
Alicante is the closest airport to Benidorm and many airlines fly there. A great web site to find a variety of fares with different airlines is: www.skyscanner.net
You could also fly into Murcia airport. Both airports have scheduled and charter flights by most Low Cost and Mainstream airlines, flying in from both International and regional airports within the UK and the rest of Europe. Book early for the best deals!
Car hire avaliable from both airports by mainstream and local companies, use search engine with, 'car hire Alicante/Murcia', or try: www. victoriacars.com; www.aurigacar.com; www. carjet.co.uk; book on the web and pay on arrival.
Local Taxis are avaliable for between 50 and 60 Euros. Pick up service from either airport can be arranged for beween 35 and 40 Euros.

Minimum deposit of €150 or GBP100 required to secure booking 90 days or more prior to arrival. Up to 60 days prior to arrival, a 50% deposit required. Remainder can be paid upon arrival in cash/euros or 30 days prior to arrival in GBP by cheque. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancelation less than 30 days prior to departure. A security and key deposit of €100 or £100 is required and will be returned 15 days after departure, providing keys are returned and apartment is left in good condition.
Can sleep up to 7 people if you use both sofa beds, but for five people or more there is a modest extra charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning.
