This fabulous 2 bedroom apartment with sofa bed has unbelievable views and is close to all amenities and of course the beautiful Levante beach of Benidorm.
The location on the 20th floor means that you can see all accross Benidorm and have wonderful views of the rock lying just off the coast. Wonderful by night or by day this apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy a holiday with everything on your doorstep. Even without a car, you can walk to everywhere and if not, use the local buses that run regularly. Please note this property although there is lift access for people with restricted mobility, it is not recommended for anyone with walking or breathing difficulties as it is located on the hillside..
The apartment is newly furnished for the 2012 season and is spacious, light and bright. You will find a well fitted kitchen with appliances, lounge with sofa bed and TV giving multi language channels. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin room, both with fitted wardrobes. The double room has en-suite bathroom and there is a second family shower room too. Both bedrooms have doors opening to the terrace.
The wonderful terrace has been glazed with floor to ceiling sliding doors which means that it is perfect for any time of year. In the summer, slide them open to give maximum sunshine on the terrace, in the cooler winter months you can close them and keep in the warmth but not lose any of the terrific view.

There is a lovely outdoor communal pool if you don´t fancy a trip to the beach, the pool is on two levels with a cascade feature. Also you can use the gymnasium if you have the energy or the paddle tennis courts. You will also find a large sunbathing terrace to enjoy and lots of shady areas if it all gets too much.
Lots of outside space to enjoy together with childrens play area.
Bed linen & Towels are provided.
A sofa bed is available for a supplement.
You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible.
Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival and all towns will have picnics and bonfires on the beaches.
The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by.
The Santa Barbara castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebrations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically Spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food. The resort of Albir just 10 minutes by car North of this property and has a lovely promenade popular amongst tourists, for a morning or evening stroll.
The fishing town of Calpe is superb to visit and renowned for its fish restaurants selling the catches of the day. Just 10 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see their homes when out at sea.
The Benidorm area
The setting of this apartment gives easy access to the Levante Beach area of Benidorm which has plenty to offer at any time of the year. You can take a shorter cut to the beaches via a pathway with steps, alternatively, use the roadway. The Old Town is where the church square bustles with tourists all day and in the evening the area is filled with musicians and artists offering local landscapes for sale or on hand to paint you a portrait. The square is at the heart of the fiestas and the main Benidorm fiesta is a week long affair of bands, processions and music in November, none of these should be missed.
The beaches of Poniente and Levante offer golden sandy beaches and the warm Mediterranean sea. The Poniente beach area has just had its lovely promenade refurbished. In between the two beaches you will find the harbour which has regular boat trips to the nearby island as well as fishing trips and banana boat rides on offer. Poniente Beach can be reached by walking through the old town shopping area. Both beaches have lots of cafés and restaurants to enjoy as well as shops and souvenirs to tempt you. Benidorm old town is full of wonderful cobbled streets lined with tapas bars and you you can stroll a different one every night of the week and see something entirely new.
Benidorm is well known for its quality entertainment which can be found in many local bars and there really is something for everyone. The kids will love the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia and all of these can be reached using the local bus services.

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Benidorm centre. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Benidorm, you can take a short taxi drive from this station.
An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline such as Monarch, Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2.com.
