Casa Leo is newly furnished in a beautiful modern style. Three double bedrooms with twin beds which can be arranged as superking bed.. There is an outside space with turfed area and there is a communal pool with children's play area. The villa has a large patio at the front facing the mountains as well as one at the back wi th a sea view. there are plenty of outdoor chairs and tables to enjoy the lovely climate. The water is fine to drink Polop is served by several natural springs and is known for the purity of the water. We have now added a 2 bedroomed basement apartment. it is complete with bathroom, including shower& bidet, lounge, kitchen/dining area. light source is from a window into the lounge. The bedrooms contain 2 single beds. Access is through the main villa. the apartment is designed to cater for larger family groups, 2 family friendship groups, Larger golf groups to take advantage of lower golf fees Rates 1/2 villa cost..

The area is a magnificent mixture of mountains, clean ,well maintained beaches, good golf courses, lovely old Spanish villages, busy shopping areas in towns. The climate is particularly pleasant all year round with very few days of rain.
Benidorm / Polop area
Polop is a quiet village nestling in the hills at the bottom of the mountain.It comes alive in festival time in August.It has small shops bars and restaurants. Benidorm only 15 minutes along the main road has 4 leisure parks , a busy night life, many different types of restaurants and bars ,beautiful beaches,shops, markets, many sporting activities, children's play areas, Benidorm has many festivals, street musicians , and many other entertainments. The situation of the villa allows you to get the best of the peaceful mountains of Polop or the busy centre of Benidorm. the area also offers beautiful walks, there is a nature trail immediately behind the villla.At Quadelest there is an historical 8th century Moorish castle set in gorgeous country side. For golfers there are 9 courses within 40 mins drive the nearest only 10 mins away. These offer oppotunities for all level of golfers.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante - Polop is approximately 40 minutes drive from the airport. Cheap flights available from many UK airports. Car hire available from a wide range of rental companies including www.holidayautos.co.uk Local buses run regularly between the airport and Benidorm, Polop is a short taxi drive away from Benidorm (approx 14 to 18 euros.) There are always local taxis available from the airport.
Alternatively, you can fly to Murcia or Valencia airports (transfer time from airport to Polop approximately 1.5 - 2 hours)
