The master bedroom on the first floor has en suite bathroom and opens onto a large private sun terrace with panoramic views. This floor also offers a double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom.
The Villa is equipped with top of the range Air Conditioning/ Heating.
The apartment accommodation provides a master bedroom with King Size bed and walk-in wardrobe, twin bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette/ diner and is accessible with its own separate entrance.

The ground level leads to the large pergola covered terrace, garden, pool area and barbecue - perfect for alfresco dining. Stairs lead from the first floor up to a glass bell tower that opens on to the roof sun terrace.
In addition to the four large sun terraces, an 8m x 3.5m floodlit private pool is also available.
The Valenciana region
The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's major holiday areas and is famous for its wonderful climate, its scenery, interesting towns and friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Alicante and Valencia are the two main cities of the region and their airports provide easy and reasonably priced access to the area throughout the year from most European cities.
Benidorm is, by far, the biggest tourist centre of the coast and is located approximately midway between Moraira and Alicante. Its theme parks and other attractions provide lively entertainment for young and old throughout the year.
The Costa Blanca lies along the South East coast of Spain and literally means the ‘White Coast “. The outstanding natural landscape is strewn with white washed villages full of history and well-kept traditions. So here we have a tailor-made tourist hot spot along with the traditions and beauty of rural Spain. It is this factor that makes the Costa Blanca so desirable.
Theme parks within close proximity include Aqualandia Water Park, Terramitica Adventure Park, Terra Natura Animal Park and Mundomar Marine and Exotic Animal Park.
Local places of interest include Fuentes del Algar (Algar Waterfalls) a beautiful natural park and the Moorish fortress of Guadalest
Neighbouring towns and villages within easy access include Pollop. Alfaz del Pi, Albir, Altea, Calpe, Moroira and Javea filled with wonders for all age ranges and tastes
The surrounding area of stunning scenery and coastline abounds in beauty spots of interest for all ages

A rastro market is held on Sunday mornings in La Nucia, where second hand goods stalls stretch for over 2km through the village.
La Nucia’s street markets are on Monday and Friday.
