About the home

This impressive architecturally designed house is set under the mountains in the quaint Spanish village of La Nucia. Designed specifically for Al Fresco living it boasts no less than four large sun terraces all with stunning sea and mountain views.
The climate of La Nucia is typically Mediterranean, with proximity to the sea, and surrounded by high mountains that shelter it from the cold winds of the north. La Nucia is an elegant residential area inhabited all year by local and foreign residents, though this has not changed the customs and beauty of this peaceful village.
This beautifully appointed detached Villa was completed in January 2005. The owners have created a very modern and comfortable interior combining attractive materials and high quality furniture. Built on four levels and comprising large driveway and floodlit private pool, this property offers extensive space for fun and relaxation.
This property also comprises a self contained 2 bedroom apartment providing accommodation for a further 4 to 6 guests.

The ground floor comprises a spacious galleried lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and cloakroom.
The master bedroom on the first floor has en suite bathroom and opens onto a large private sun terrace with panoramic views. This floor also offers a double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom.
The Villa is equipped with top of the range Air Conditioning/ Heating.
The apartment accommodation provides a master bedroom with King Size bed and walk-in wardrobe, twin bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette/ diner and is accessible with its own separate entrance.

Further details outdoors:
The ground level leads to the large pergola covered terrace, garden, pool area and barbecue - perfect for alfresco dining. Stairs lead from the first floor up to a glass bell tower that opens on to the roof sun terrace.
In addition to the four large sun terraces, an 8m x 3.5m floodlit private pool is also available.

All prices are for the villa per week, and are not per person.
Prices are inclusive of electricity, air conditioning and linen.
Prices for self contained apartment available on request.
Completion of booking form and payment of non-refundable holding deposit of £200 required for booking confirmation.The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Payment of an additional £200 refundable security deposit which is returnable on satisfactory completion of property inspection is also required at this time.
Smoking is not permitted inside this home.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's major holiday areas and is famous for its wonderful climate, its scenery, interesting towns and friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Alicante and Valencia are the two main cities of the region and their airports provide easy and reasonably priced access to the area throughout the year from most European cities.
Benidorm is, by far, the biggest tourist centre of the coast and is located approximately midway between Moraira and Alicante. Its theme parks and other attractions provide lively entertainment for young and old throughout the year.
The Costa Blanca lies along the South East coast of Spain and literally means the ‘White Coast “. The outstanding natural landscape is strewn with white washed villages full of history and well-kept traditions. So here we have a tailor-made tourist hot spot along with the traditions and beauty of rural Spain. It is this factor that makes the Costa Blanca so desirable.

Neighbouring towns and villages within easy access include Pollop. Alfaz del Pi, Albir, Altea, Calpe, Moroira and Javea filled with wonders for all age ranges and tastes
The surrounding area of stunning scenery and coastline abounds in beauty spots of interest for all ages

A rastro market is held on Sunday mornings in La Nucia, where second hand goods stalls stretch for over 2km through the village.
La Nucia’s street markets are on Monday and Friday.

La Nucía is located in a quiet valley, 10 km. from Benidorm, 53 km. from Alicante and 135 km. from Valencia. Villa Christra is 40 minute drive from Alicante Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes drive from Valencia Airport .
Low cost flights available from easyjet.co.uk, mytravellite.com and bmibaby.com to Alicante and Valencia airports.
Car hire services at the airport are very good and can be booked online. Car hire available from Premier Carjet Ltd.
A bus and Taxi service is also available from the airport to Benidorm.
