The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's major holiday areas and is famous for its wonderful climate, its scenery, interesting towns and friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Alicante and Valencia are the two main cities of the region and their airports provide easy and reasonably priced access to the area throughout the year from most European cities.
Benidorm is, by far, the biggest tourist centre of the coast and is located approximately midway between Moraira and Alicante. Its theme parks and other attractions provide lively entertainment for young and old throughout the year.
The Costa Blanca lies along the South East coast of Spain and literally means the ‘White Coast “. The outstanding natural landscape is strewn with white washed villages full of history and well-kept traditions. So here we have a tailor-made tourist hot spot along with the traditions and beauty of rural Spain. It is this factor that makes the Costa Blanca so desirable.

How to get there

La Nucía is located in a quiet valley, 10 km. from Benidorm, 53 km. from Alicante and 135 km. from Valencia. Villa Christra is 40 minute drive from Alicante Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes drive from Valencia Airport .
Low cost flights available from easyjet.co.uk, mytravellite.com and bmibaby.com to Alicante and Valencia airports.
Car hire services at the airport are very good and can be booked online. Car hire available from Premier Carjet Ltd.
A bus and Taxi service is also available from the airport to Benidorm.

The Villa is equipped with top of the range Air Conditioning/ Heating.
The apartment accommodation provides a master bedroom with King Size bed and walk-in wardrobe, twin bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette/ diner and is accessible with its own separate entrance.

Further details outdoors:
The ground level leads to the large pergola covered terrace, garden, pool area and barbecue - perfect for alfresco dining. Stairs lead from the first floor up to a glass bell tower that opens on to the roof sun terrace.
In addition to the four large sun terraces, an 8m x 3.5m floodlit private pool is also available.


Conditions

All prices are for the villa per week, and are not per person.
Prices are inclusive of electricity, air conditioning and linen.
Prices for self contained apartment available on request.
Completion of booking form and payment of non-refundable holding deposit of £200 required for booking confirmation.The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Payment of an additional £200 refundable security deposit which is returnable on satisfactory completion of property inspection is also required at this time.
Smoking is not permitted inside this home.
