About the home

This lovely property is a perfect choice for your holiday destination at any time of they year. We are pleased to offer this well furnished, modern and comfortable townhouse for you to enjoy.

The house is located in a quiet residential area on the resort of Sierra Cortina which has lots to offer including, Spa Centre with beauty treatments, gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis and short tennis and you will also find a great restaurant and cafe bar with a fabulous relaxing terrace, also WIFI has been installed to keep you up to date and online while on your holiday.
A short walk from the house is the new 18 hole pitch and putt golf course and a further restaurant to enjoy.

A bus service to the theme parks runs regularly in the Summer months and in addition there are buses to the town of Benidorm and the shopping mall. La Marina shopping offers, supermarkets, fashion shops, childrens area and cinema. Beaches are close by making the resort of Sierra Cortina a perfect destination for your Costa Blanca holiday.

The lovely large hallway gives your first glimpse of the spaciousness of this house. Through to the lounge where you will find modern furniture and bright colours which are reflected throughout. A 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofa in white looks out onto the terrace and private garden area. There is a large flat screen TV with satellite system, cd player, DVD and floor standing lamps to compliment the setting. WIFI has been installed to keep you up to date and online while on your holiday
A glass dining table seats 4 people and additional chairs are provided.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances and everything you would hope to find for your stay. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. On the entrance floor is also a large shower room with corner shower.

On the first floor the master bedroom suite has dressing area with wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with a full jacuzzi bath. The large bedroom is well furnished with drawer space and sliding doors open to the wonderful terrace which is furnished and has magnificent views of the pool and gardens as well as the skyline of Benidorm and the sea. The second bedroom is also a double room with wardrobes and drawers and a small terrace leading off with views of the moutains. There is a further full bathroom.

Further details outdoors:
Parking is private behind electric sliding gates. The property has a small front garden leading to the entrance.
From the lounge, there are large sliding doors opening to a lovely covered terrace and private garden which is grass. The garden overlooks the gardens and communal pools.
There are two swimming pools to choose from, each having a separate childrens pool. Grass, tropical palms and trees make the communal gardens area a pleasure to enjoy.

Bed linen & Towels are provided. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only.

The sofa bed is available for a supplement.

WIFI available and must be requested in advance of arrival.

Located in a quiet cul de sac cloe to amenities

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive/AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible.

Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festivals.

The Benidorm / Sierra Cortina area

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and a host of entertainment, with something to suit everyone. The Old Town area has narrow cobbled streets, with many tapas bars, restaurants and shops - Close to the port area of Benidorm, where you can participate in many water sports or take a boat trip to Peacock Island. The sandy beaches of Levante, Poniente, and Castellar all have sun beds and parasols for daily hire. During the summer months there is a floating stage out in the sea with lots of slides , fun for all ages.
Terra Mitica Theme Park, and Aquanatura Animal and Water Park are close by, Mundomar Sea World and Aqualandia Water Park, the largest water park in Europe, are all just on the outskirts of the town, and reachable by car, bus or taxi.
Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm usually the first week in July- with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.
The biggest fiesta of Benidorm is held out of the main season, around the second week in November, with firecrackers, fancy dress processions, one long week of partying.
Sierra Cortina resort, has a Spa Centre, with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, beauty treatments, WIFI zone, café bar, restaurant, tennis and paddle tennis courts, for you to enjoy. Nearby is also an 18 hole pitch and putt course, great for all the family!
The Marina Shopping Centre close by has multi cinemas, 10 pin bowling, bars, restaurants, and a host of boutiques, shops, café bars….. There is a large international hypermarket where you can buy just about everything too.
The resorts of Albir and Altea are just 15 or so minutes by car north of this property and share a lovely promenade for a morning or evening stroll. Albir is very cosmopolitan, popular with all nationalities and the town of Altea , has a picturesque old town with white washed houses, cobbled streets and a beautiful old church nestled amongst antique, craft and art shops and more places to eat and drink.
Mountaineering, horse riding,go karting and many other activities can also be done locally. We are also able to organize any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require.

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. You can also access the property from the coastal N332 road. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the La Marina Shopping Centre. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here, or take a short taxi ride. We are happy to arrange your airport transfer or weekly car hire.
