About the home

This lovely property is a perfect choice for your holiday destination at any time of they year.

The house is located in a quiet residential area on the resort of Sierra Cortina which has lots to offer including, Spa Centre with beauty treatments, gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis and short tennis and you will also find a great restaurant and cafe bar with a fabulous relaxing terrace.
A short walk from the house is the new 18 hole pitch and putt golf course and a further restaurant to enjoy.

A bus service to the theme parks runs regularly in the Summer months and in addition there are buses to the town of Benidorm and the shopping mall. La Marina shopping offers, supermarkets, fashion shops, children´s area and cinema. Beaches are close by making the resort of Sierra Cortina a perfect destination for your Costa Blanca holiday.

The entrance hall leads to a large lounge with modern "L"shaped sofa looking out onto the terrace and private garden. There is a large flat screen TV which has the English free to view channels via the internet.
There is a dining area seating 4 people comfortably and large sliding doors open to a great covered terrace which is also furnished with table and chairs. On this floor you will also find a guests' cloakroom which also has a shower.

The kitchen is modern and large and well equipped for your stay with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. The kitchen is bright and modern and also has a separate utility room.

Upstairs the large master bedroom has dressing area and is beautifully furnished with double bed, and furniture to match. Sliding doors open to a lovely sunny terrace with terrific sea views. The terrace is perfect for the early morning sun or viewing the skyline of Benidorm as the sun goes down. This bedroom has en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

There is a second bedroom which is furnished with twin beds and has fitted wardrobes. A door from this room also leads to a small terrace for views of the mountains behind. There is a second full bathroom.

There is private parking with this property and hot and cold air conditioning making the property perfect to enjoy the summer temperatures and winter sunshine breaks too. WIFI available.

Outside of the property you will find a sunny private garden which also overlooks one of the two swimming pools available for you to enjoy. There is also a covered terrace which is furnished with table and chairs and perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.

The master bedroom also has a terrace leading from it with table and chairs and wonderful views of the sea and skyline of Benidorm. The second bedroom has a small unfurnished terrace with views of the mountains.
The swimming pool has lots of space for soaking up the sun and there is also a separate children's pool.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive/AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible.

Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festivals.

The Benidorm / Sierra Cortina area

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and a host of entertainment, with something to suit everyone. The Old Town area has narrow cobbled streets, with many tapas bars, restaurants and shops - Close to the port area of Benidorm, where you can participate in many water sports or take a boat trip to Peacock Island. The sandy beaches of Levante, Poniente, and Castellar all have sun beds and parasols for daily hire. During the summer months there is a floating stage out in the sea with lots of slides , fun for all ages.
Terra Mitica Theme Park, and Aquanatura Animal and Water Park are close by, Mundomar Sea World and Aqualandia Water Park, the largest water park in Europe, are all just on the outskirts of the town, and reachable by car, bus or taxi.
Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm usually the first week in July- with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.
The biggest fiesta of Benidorm is held out of the main season, around the second week in November, with firecrackers, fancy dress processions, one long week of partying.
Sierra Cortina resort, has a Spa Centre, with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, beauty treatments, WIFI zone, café bar, restaurant, tennis and paddle tennis courts, for you to enjoy. Nearby is also an 18 hole pitch and putt course, great for all the family!
The Marina Shopping Centre close by has multi cinemas, 10 pin bowling, bars, restaurants, and a host of boutiques, shops, café bars….. There is a large international hypermarket where you can buy just about everything too.
The resorts of Albir and Altea are just 15 or so minutes by car north of this property and share a lovely promenade for a morning or evening stroll. Albir is very cosmopolitan, popular with all nationalities and the town of Altea , has a picturesque old town with white washed houses, cobbled streets and a beautiful old church nestled amongst antique, craft and art shops and more places to eat and drink.
Mountaineering, horse riding,go karting and many other activities can also be done locally. We are also able to organize any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require.

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. You can also access the property from the coastal N332 road. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the La Marina Shopping Centre. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here, or take a short taxi ride. We are happy to arrange your airport transfer or weekly car hire.
