The interior is a stylish modern home from home experience, with open plan living space.The Kitchen is a stylish "grand Design" style with high gloss fitted units and fully integrated appliances which include American style fridge freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and bean to cup coffee machine. There are 4 bedrooms altogether one double on the ground floor which is ideal for relatives that cannot manage the stairs, and three more on the first floor one double and one single which share a large family bathroom and finally the master suite with walk in wardrobe and private en-suite with walk in wet room all 3 bedrooms have private Juliene Balconies.

The Villa is approached from the road via secure gates and the gardens are all fully enclosed perfect for the little explorers that may be accompanying you, The villa has well kept gardens and several different terraces all which get varying degrees of sun the main terrace to the side of the house is partly covered with dining table and chairs and comfortable seating perfect for "Al Fresco dining". The swimming pool is a perfect depth for young and old alike with easy access stairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca lies on the east coast of Spain. to the south is the Costa Almeria and to the north, the Costa Dorada. And lies directly at the Mediterranean sea.

The weather in winter is around 16 ºC. In summer the average is around 32 ºC. Alicante time difference to GMT + 1 hour

The Benidorm / Golf Bahia area

The Costa Blanca, with its wonderful beaches attracts millions of tourists every year. In the north the costa blanca starts with Denia and Javea two wonderful towns at the bottom of a mountain.
In the south the costa blanca goes down to Guardamar and Torrevieja. With such wonderful cities like the Elche, the palm tree capital of the world.

You can basically travel along the Costa Blanca as the carretera national road goes all way alongside the coast. Make sure when you come along these beautiful sometimes small villages that you have enough time for a stay

There are many attractions alongside the Costa Blanca, some of them specially for tourists like the entertainment park Terra Mitica at Benidorm or the bays of Altea and Calpe. Others are smaller towns and villages like Villajoyosa just south of Benidorm, famous for its old town and its chocolate.
Benidorm
Benidorm's two beaches, the playa de poniente and the playa de levante are about 5 km long in total. Along most of the Playa de Poniente Beach is the more relaxed beach, So, if you are looking for water sport's and daytime amusement you should go for the Playa de Levante. I

Other interesting Benidorm tourist attractions apart from Benidorm nightlife are the different holiday and theme parks around Benidorm. Even without speaking any spanish words this is real fun. Starting from Terra Mitica, Terra natura to Mundomar and Aqualandia, all parks offer a variety of attractions especially if you are on holidays with kids.Benidorm

“Outstanding villa and the best holiday we have had in 15 years” Impressed right from the moment we arrived , the villa far exceeded our expectations and is furnished and equiped to the highest standand I have seen in years of holidaying . The pool and gardens are perfect , well kept and make you feel very secure . The villa was advertised as a 5 star ,but to be honest I would give it a 6 star rating !!!. Walk in wardrobes and massive wet room and aircon in every room makes you feel like you just won the lottery ! Without doubt we would return and highly recommend to anyone , Local supermarket "Carrefour " is huge and there is nothing you can't get , it's like Asda and B&Q combined and it is in walkable distance tho it only cost 4 euros in a taxi . (Taxi,s cost 11 euro to benidorm )
