Carabelas is situated in the flat section of the Rincon-de-Loix area of Benidorm, approximately one minute from the Levante beach with views of the Levante promenade and Mediterranean sea.

The Valenciana region

Arguably the most famous coast in Spain, Costa Blanca draws millions of tourists each year.

Lying on the eastern coast, the White Coast is one of those resorts where everyone can find their place under the sun, from sophisticated towns where life goes on 25 hours a day to quaint little villages where the peace and tranquillity is feature.

Its clear blue waters and miles of white sandy beaches are certainly a major attraction.

Beautiful mountains parallel to the sea are on the north coast. Here you can marvel at the Moorish villages where olive trees and hidden coves abound.

To the south is where you will find the beaches mushrooming with palm trees, the sparkling, turquoise sea and rows of cafes and restaurants.


Benidorm is many things, but first and foremost it is a Mediterranean resort city on the stunningly beautiful Costa Blanca.

One of the initial attractions of Benidorm is its location, on the Mediterranean coast, opposite a beautiful bay which is split into two by the rocky tip of the old castle, and facing south. All the other sides are protected by mountain ranges, so the micro-climate, especially in Spring, Winter or Autumn, is very mild with considerably higher temperatures than along the rest of the coast.

As it has grown, Benidorm has added to its impressive infra-structure as a leisure resort and now offers its visitors infinite possibilities of entertainment for all ages.

Levante beach is the more popular and sort after and buzzing of the two beaches in Benidorm. It transmits a very happy and full of life sensation which encapsulates every visitor.

There are many activities such as a large theme park the Terra Mitica , the water park Aqualandia, etc, as well as many one day tours and other surrounding attractions.

"Great location"

Stayed here 3 years running they are very basic, but do have washing machine , kettle , toaster, hob, microwave could be cleaner but location is fab… More

We stayed at this apartment for 1 week in October this year. When we arrived the only linen that was left for us was 1 towel and two odd sheets and odd pillow cases which were on the two single beds. No linen for the sofa bed in the lounge (which could have been used as two singles or one double). We had to telephone to request more. That evening we found two single duvets in the 1 wardrobe which were absolutely disgusting, very badly stained and torn, so we obviously did not use these. There were also two blankets which were old and not very clean so, we did not use these either. So the only bed linen we had were odd sheets and pillow cases. We did not want to spend our holiday having to telephone for linen, etc which should have been left in the apartment for us.

The apartment was fairly clean, although the floors were not swept properly and covered in sand. The lounge area is small. Not really suitable for 4, only the sofa bed to sit on (2 people) and dining chairs. It does not have a balcony. The lounge windows just slide open wide and there is a rail along the outside which is just a safety measure. The lounge windows were very dirty. The sofa bed needs to be replaced.

The light in the kitchen area did not work and there was no cover over the light fixing and electric wiring was exposed. The light in the lounge area had no cover and wiring was exposed. The lamp in the bedroom did not work. The bathroom was fairly good but the toilet seat did not match and was not fixed properly.. There was no window or extractor in the bathroom.

The apartment had a fairly good amount of equipment and the view from the lounge is lovely. It is near to the beach, shops, cafes etc.

Overall if the things I have mentioned are dealt with the apartment would be good for 2 people. More care needs to be taken that the apartment is clean and equipped properly.

"A great apartment close to all amenities, and what a view!!!!"

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for one month in October and we had a fantastic holiday. I would certainly recommend this apartment. It had a fantastic view from the living room, is very near the beach, and the pool is just over the road. It is far enough away from the nightlife to be able to have a peaceful stay, but is near enough to walk to all the bars and restaurants. The facilities in the apartment are adequate, although the kitchen utensils and the sofa could do with renewing. After saying that. we would still use this apartment again.
