The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 twin beds), 3 bathrooms and two large lounges,
The first one of these lounges has one sofa, the TV, the open fireplace and a big table for dining. There is access to the kitchen from this lounge.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave & dishwasher.
Outside the kitchen you can find the BBQ area, with a shady space with a table. Perfect for the summer's days and evenings.
The second lounge is an indoor terrace with large, panoramic windows, 3 sofas and a small bar. This place is full of light with views to the garden and the swimming pool.
The villa is in a 2,000 m2 plot, with a garden, badminton court and a swimming pool 10m X 5m.

We have a private swimming pool 10x5 (m) and garden in our villa and BBQ with dining area. Shady spaces for the hot summer with many trees, some of them are centenary. More than 4 cars parking and Badminton court.

The booking is done by depositing a bound of 240 euros , can be done via Paypal or bank transfer, this amount of money is returned after the stay.
The total cost of the stay is payed when arriving.

The house is not adapted for wheelchair users because we have no rails in the bathroom. But it's accessible for wheelchair users.

We arrived at Villa Maria at gone midnight (we pre booked Costa-Blanca-Transfers.com, reasonably priced, on time, lovely driver - would recommend) and Adrian was there to meet us and happy to spend time showing us where everything was and how it all worked (even though we were all a little tipsy) he even taught us the Spanish for Hen Party. The following day when we couldn't find a key we called Adrián and he was at the villa within 20 minutes and showed us exactly where it was, as he had done the night before (we forgot!) but he didn't mind at all and assured us we were not the first (we felt pretty silly!) The Villa it's self is fantastic, loads of space and well equipped. We all commented on how much bigger it was in reality compared to the photos which don't do it justice. As we knew we would be arriving late we had asked Adrián if anywhere nearby would still be open at that time. He told of a 24 hours service station which is nearby and also suggested we could do online shopping at the local Mercadona which he would be happy to take delivery of for us. We decided to have a go online, Adrián sent us the link and we ordered in all the basics (tea, coffee, milk, bread etc) lots of bottles of water and lots of alcohol (Saved carrying them!) The web site had the option of being in English or Spanish and was pretty straightforward to use and allowed us to pay by card. Adrian emailed us before we had left the uk to let us know everything had arrived and he kindly put everything away for us. Fantastic idea, I would recommend doing this. We did pop to the supermarket during our stay to pick up a few bits and bobs which as others have said is only a 5 minute walk away and has a few bars next door to it. We took a walk in to outskirts of Benidorm one day which wasn't too far, and got taxis in on an evening which cost about 8 €uros, we spent about 10€uros each when we ate out which included two courses, all our drinks and a pretty good tip (Bills came in at about €6 - €8 a head) we didn't have a bad meal once, so cheap and so good. We also used the BBQ at the villa on the final night which was great. It's a fantastic Villa, in a great location with a very friendly and helpful owner. We are considering returning for a girl's holiday next year and I may also take my family out there as it would also be perfect for children with so much space inside and out for them to run about. All in all I had a fantastic "despedida de soltera" just wish we were still there. |

I travelled to Benidorm with 10 friends for a hen do and we stayed at Villa Maria and I have to say it absolutely exceeded my expectations. There was so much space even with 11 of us. Adrian kindly brought us another bed so that everyone had a bed. There were more than enough bathrooms and the outdoor area was stunning. Such a big area and I really felt I got value for money. There was wi fi and a telephone as well. Adrian was so helpful. Our flight was delayed by about 4 hours but he waited patiently for us to arrive and stayed to give us a tour and answer any questions we had. When we ran out of hot water he came round within minutes to change the gas heater cylinder for us. There were even a couple of pizzas and bottles of wine in the fridge for us as by the time we finally arrived the supermarket had shut. The villa is perfect. I would recommend it to any families or any groups and if I was to go back to Benidorm I would definitely stay here again. It was a 5 minute taxi ride to the centre of Benidorm and a 5 minute walk to supermarkets and other restaurants. What a great location. Private but near enough to all the attractions. Thank you so much Adrian for having this villa to rent out! |

I stayed here in March 2012 for 1 week with my family and friends to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday. There was a total of 10 people in our group aged from 20-50.
