About the home

Fantastic apartment with a big terrace. As you enter the property, on your right you have the fully equipped kitchen and the main lounge with patio doors to the terrace, the bathroom-shower and on your left , straight ahead you have the main bedroom.

In the complex you also have large sun terraces and a beautiful pool, garden area, secure underground parking, recreation area for kids. The complex is situated 0,5 km from the beach. it is very comfortable for families with children.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

On the Costa Blanca, this is the main holiday destination, with both varied night life, sport facilities, attractions and large golden sandy beaches.

The Costa Blanca is well known for it´s fantastic climate, it´s beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or the towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful, markets, shops, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas.

Alicante, just a short drive away, is a thriving cosmopolitan city with a grand historic centre, El Barrio, and fantastic Blue Flag beaches.
The harbour oozes with bars, restaurants and café's, it's a great place to while away the day, sipping sangria and watching the boats coming and going.

Leave the shopping until you get there because there are some great shops on Calle de Gerona and you can pick up some fantastic bargains at the massive market, held here every Thursday and Saturday.

The Benidorm / Cala de Finestrat area

Benidorm is only 2 km. away and has lots of nightlife and activities, endless bars and restaurants, and beautiful clean beaches. Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura (animals), Mundomar dolphin park, Aqualandia water theme park, lots of water sports, Karting, markets, lots of shops. Fabulous Cabaret at Benidorm Palace and even a local Casino.

Cala de Finestrat is much more peaceful yet still plenty to do, enough bars, restaurants and shops to keep you happy, with a lovely crescent beach close to the apartment. There is a frequent local bus service to Benidorm and even one to Carrefours a hypermarket and shopping mall.

Gualdest is up in the mountains it used to be a Monastery, is now a beautiful church with lots of quaint shops and spectacular views, not to be missed.

The lively resort of Benidorm is only 10 mins drive from the apartment and everything you will need is here.

Fly to Alicante and either take a taxi, rent a car or transport can be arranged to take you direct to the apartment. Full address and route will be given on request if you take the car rental option, the apartment is minutes drive from the AP7 motorway that heads North to Valencia. The journey from Alicante is approx 40mins. Murcia is the second closest airport and if you hire a car the journey is approx 1 1/2 hours.
