A beautiful end terrace house in a lovely residential setting overlooking Benidorm and the Sierra Cortina golf course. Los Olivos has three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, and three full bathrooms one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. There is air-conditioning, satellite TV with 20 English channels including BBC and ITV, a washing machine and dishwasher.

The villa is in a gated complex with two community pools and overlooks the 18 hole Sierra Cortina par three golf course. It is 1500m from the commercial centre and 4km to the La Cala beach. There are two other larger golf courses nearby together with several theme parks and just up the road is the Sierra Cortina Spa centre that has an indoor swimming pool, exercise and treatment rooms and tennis courts.

The property, that is fully air-conditioned, will sleep up to 6 people. On the first floor the master en-suite bedroom has a double bed and small balcony overlooking the golf course and a full en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. A second twin bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor alongside the comfortable lounge, that has a television with a selection of English channels, and the kitchen that is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

Patio doors take you to the covered naya and a private garden laid to grass. A gate leads to the communal landscaped gardens and two swimming pools.

Los Olivos is one of the most attractive urban developments on the Costa Blanca. Here are luxury standards in a peaceful and relaxing location yet just minutes away you will find the buzz of Benidorm and a large variety of amenities making this a perfect place for comfort and exclusiveness.

Close at hand are the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, golf courses and some of the most beautiful Mediterranean beaches, with the lovely neighbouring coastal towns of Albir and Altea just a few kilometres away.

Although the villa is wheelchair accessible there are no specific facilities for the disabled (grab handles, alarms, etc.). Also please note that there is a step into the front door.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is renowned for being a shoppers paradise offering everything from fashionable clothes, leather goods, perfumes and wines as well as an abundance of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables.

Numerous restaurants, some with live entertainment, offer local, national and international cuisine. A trip through the valleys and up into the mountains among the pine forests and the almond and citrus groves provides some spectacular scenery, and there are always places to stop for a drink and a meal.

Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and night-life plus the new Terra Mitica Disney style theme park. Coach excursions are available to these and all the other popular attractions.

The Benidorm area

Los Olivos is located in a quiet residential area next to the Sierra Cortina golf course. There are also two other golf courses within a few minutes drive. The Marina Alta commercial centre is 2000m, the Poniente and La Cala beaches just 4000m and Benidorm centre is 6km. There is a regular bus service from the Marina Alta commercial centre and local taxis are readily available. There is also a railway station in Benidorm and the trains travel to Denia to the north and Alicante to the south.

Also in the area you will find the water park 'Aqualandia', sea world 'Mundomar' and the 'Benidorm Palace' that put on some excellent shows with dinner. There is also the Disney style theme park 'Terra Mitica', Terra Natura safari park and the Medieval Castle where you can have dinner and watch the knights fighting on foot and horseback.

Los Olivos is on the Sierra Cortina Estate, near to Benidorm and Finestrat on the Costa Blanca. It is just 3km from the motorway junction and 4km, 7 minutes drive, to the beach at La Cala. The large Finestrat shopping centre with large stores and a hypermarket is just 2000 metres from the villa and the centre of Benidorm just 5km. The journey from Alicante airport is 55km, nearly all motorway, and takes just 35 minutes. From Valencia airport it is 155 km and will take 90 minutes, again nearly all motorway.

Flights to Alicante are available from a number of airlines including AerLingus, BMI Baby, British Airways, Easyjet, First Choice, FlyBe, FlyGlobespan, Jet 2, Monarch, Ryanair, and Thomsonfly which operate from a large number of UK Airports.

There are now twelve UK Airports that offer regular, scheduled flights to Valencia from five different Airlines: British Airways/ Iberia, Easyjet, Jet2, Thomsonfly and Ryanair.
