The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning, is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It provides a Ranch style kitchen and lounge leading through patio doors to the balcony looking out over the mountains and down to the sparkling Mediterranean. With open air dining area adjacent to the kitchen.
The fully tiled bathroom is situated between the twin and double bedrooms, and has a bath with shower over, w.c, bidet and wash basin with illuminated mirror. The bedrooms have wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinets. For your safety, we have fitted smoke alarms throughout.

Up through the mountains, explore La'nucia, Pollop and Historical Guadaleste', Albir is 10 mins away, follow along Albir beach to Altea resort, harbour and famous hills, Alicante is 20 mins away and has everything you`d expect from a large, Spanish city.
