Home description

The spacious detached villa is comfortably furnished throughout and is set in lovely private gardens. Lots of windows and doors make the villa light and airy and the private pool is beautiful to cool off in on the long hot summer days.
Located at Bahia Golf, just a short walk from the Spa Centre at Sierra Cortina which offers bar and restaurant facilities as well as an 18 hole pitch and putt course, gymnasium, tennis courts and spa treatments, the house is also just a short distance from the award winning beaches of Benidorm, offering all year round entertainment and shopping. The quieter cove of La Cala is also withing easy reach as is the shopping centre and supermarkets at La Marina.
This villa is ideal for both summer holidays and winter sunshine breaks too.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive/AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the site and smell is incredible.

Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival


Benidorm / Golf Bahia area

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Real de Faula. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.

Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoiosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Finestrat is a lovely small village, very popular with local spanish people and tourists as is the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. The development of Sierra Cortina itself has just opened a Spa centre with health treatments, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts and cafeteria. There is a restaurant and 18 hole pitch and putt course within walking distance. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally. We are also able to organise any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hie, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65A (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 5 minutes from junction 65A following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the La Marina Shopping Centre station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. We are happy to help you with airport transfers and car hire, book a car door to door from just 60€ for 4 people including luggage.

The front door leads from the hallway into a spacious lounge with windows on all sides. There are two suites offering lots of spacious seating around a lovely gas fire, ideal for cooler winter evenings. The dining area has a large table seating 6 people and there are French doors opening to the garden and pool area. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for your stay and on this floor there is also a useful cloakroom.
Stairs lead up to a lovely room which has been glassed in making an ideal and sunny conservatory style room. There are 3 bedrooms each with built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a large dressing area and en-suite facilities.

Further details outdoors:
The landscaped garden is on all sides of the house and has lots of shade as well as full sun terraces. There is a raised area with BBQ and the pool area is fantastic with slide and lots of space for soaking up the sun. Dining Al Fresco is a pleasure in this garden at any time of the year.

We are able to provide you with extra services during your stay, if you require bicycle or car hire, airport transfers, baby equipment including push chairs, cots and high chairs, safe or hair-dryer, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange these for you. We can arrange grocery packs for your arrival as well as special occasion flowers, chocolates and champagne, we also have discounts available on local shows and attractions and why not book our chef to come to the house and cook you traditional Spanish tapas and paella or to organise and cook you a BBQ.
A 20% (250 euro minimum)deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 56 days before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or bank transfer. We will request a 500euro damage deposit which will be returned once your holiday is completed. We also charge a small fee for laundry on your departure, please contact us for further details.


Conditions

Smokers are welcome however we request that you refrain from smoking inside of the property.
All prices quoted include the departure clean. For bookings of 14 nights or more a mid stay clean is also included. All bed linen and towels are provided, a small per person charge is made for the laundry on departure, details on request. A 20% (250 euro minimum)deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday.
