The lovely villa is built over 2 floors and provides spacious accommodation. There is a lovely large lounge with doors leading out to a terrace and to the garden and pool area. Set amongst a garden filled with palms and pines, the villa is private and ideal for summer sunshine holidays as well as winter sun breaks. There is air conditioning for your comfort during the summer as well as central heating for the cooler months through winter. Close to all amenities and facilities that the town has to offer, you are also a short distance from the popular resort of Benidorm, the theme parks, Albir and the lovely cobbled street town of Altea.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible.
Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival.
The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by. The Santa Barbara castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebrations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food. The resort of Albir just 10 minutes by car north of this property has a lovely promenade for a morning or evening stroll to the town of Altea where you will find a picturesque old town with white washed houses and a beautiful old church nestled amongst antique, craft and art shops. Just 10 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see their homes when out at sea.
Benidorm / Alfas del Pi area
Alfaz del Pi is a lively town with lots of restaurants, shops, café bars and supermarkets. Every Friday there is a local market where you can purchase locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as local crafts. Well placed for the N332 or Ap7 roads means that the other towns and villages are easily reached, there is also a regular bus service between Alfaz, Benidorm and Altea. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Real de Faula or Don Cayo. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.
Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can all be done locally. We are also able to organise any activity that you would like to try from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require and let us organise it for you.
How to get there
Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Alfaz del Pi on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Alfaz del P, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental.

Further details indoors: The heavy wooden front door opens to a hallway with access to the kitchen which is well fitted and equipped for your stay. The large lounge has comfortable sofas, SKY TV and doors opening to a covered terrace, ideal to get some shade during the long hot summer days. There is a dining area with large windows and you will find centrally heated radiators, hot and cold air conditioning as well as a cosy wood burning stove. On this floor are also 3 double bedrooms, shower room and cloakroom. Stairs from the hallway lead down to two further very large bedrooms each furnished with four single beds and each room having an en-suite shower room. Doors from both rooms open to a terrace area leading to the garden and pool.
Further details outdoors: A large garden can be found on all sides of the villa which is in parts laid to lawn and gravel. There are large pine trees and palms giving shade and privacy. The finca has a large private pool with plenty of terrace area for seating or soaking up the sun. Private parking can be found behind electric gates

Prices now include departure clean and on 2 week bookings a mid stay clean. Bed linen and towels are provided, a small per person charge is made for the laundry on departure. We can provide you with airport transfers, car hire, mid-week or daily maid service. We are also happy to provide a cook if required. Hairdryers, safes, baby equipment, etc. can be provided but these must be pre-booked. A meet and greet service can be arranged, as can welcome food hampers, please ask for details. Beach/Pool towels are not provided.
Conditions
Smokers are welcome however we request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas. A 20% (250 euros minimum) deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 56 days before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by debit or credit card. We will request a 500 euro damage deposit which will be returned once your holiday is completed.
