Welcome to our spacious family Villa in the sought after location of La Nucia. This spacious villa offers you a wide range of quality furniture and fittings to make your stay as comfortable as possible, like a home away from home.
Our Urbanisation Panorama is one of the most sought after areas, offering you a wide range of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance also set within the urbanisation. The outside facilities are extremely spacious and come complete with a 10 x 5.5m pool, which is excellent for the larger family. The property also consists of pool house with large fridge for cooling off on those hotter days. The exterior also has a range of seating/dining areas to enjoy those warm evenings by the pool.
The interior of the property consists of 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge, with further rooms to to enjoy dining or to just relax. The living rooms offers you a large corner leather suite, which you can lie back and relax on while watching the 50 inch television with English Sky Television for all those who love their soaps and football.
The bedrooms are extremely spacious, along with a large family bathroom and a walk in wet room with WC and basin. The dining areas overlook the matrure gardens and palms on the property. The pool and gardens are fully maintained for your comfort. We have a digital ski machine for those who love to over indulge!

The Villa is light and spacious offering you air conditioning or optional ceiling fans in most rooms, there is also the option of free standing fans to keep you comfortable in the hot Spanish sun. The property also offers gas central heating for those cosy winter nights. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a wide range of crockery, cuttlery and cooking accesories for all those occasions.(plus a full range of barbacue & paella utensils) All rooms are on one level. There are plenty of sofa areas for you to put your feet up and relax with a good book. Good quality linen is provided and a very large selection of towels ranging from flannels to beach towels so you have no need to overpack your suitcase.

To the front Entrance of the Villa there is a secure 1 and half garage with enough space for a large car and one small car or motorbike. There are double gates plus driveway, safe for 2 cars off road. To the side of the garage there are steps leading to the entrance of the Villa passing through the mature gardens and palm trees. A fixed stone table and bench set offer a nice place to sit and enjoy the sunset and gardens or just a lovely glass of wine. There is a laundry room to the side of the villa with easy access to washing lines & maidens.
To the Rear the property offers a beautiful spacious, large, Private pool with a enclosed shower area consisting of hot and cold running water for when you want to wash that sun tan lotion off, dining area and sun loungers. In a large patio area the property offers a large gas BBQ and gridle and a Paella Trypod Burner. Also to the rear of the property there is a medium sized pool house to seat around 10 people when the sun gets thats little bit to hot, the pool house offers seating and a large fridge for those cold beverages. There is plenty of space to the exterior and it is also extremely secure for those famlies with small children. There is a large amount of seating areas to the rear of the villa plus some comfortable sun loungers for topping up that tan. The pool has 3 steps leading into the shallow end of about 3ft going to about 8-9ft at the deeper end. The pool is very private including mature palms,trees & a couple of mature lemon trees. Access to the roof terrace is a must for those beautiful spanish sunsets or simply taking in the views towards Benidorm,Albir or Altea.

Prices DO NOT include electricity, a meter reading will be taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure and bills can be settled or taken from the deposit.
This is solely to stop abuse of the fuse board, electric is very reasonably priced in Spain.
Departure Cleaning Fee: A charge of £100 on departure is for the villa to be fully cleaned inside & out and for the towels & linen all to be sent away to be professionally cleaned.
£500 Breakage/Damage Deposit Returned within 7-10 working days after departure date.
£300 per week, non-refundable to Securely Reserve the property and full balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Smokers are not to smoke inside the property, but there is a well ventilated seating area in the comfortable porch area at the front of the property.
Payments can be made into a secure private Sterling or Euro account into the bank, cheques & transfares are also aceptable.
We have a representative always on hand speaking many various languages, 24 hour help.
A welcome pack can be arranged, you can make your order(within reason) & we will keep your receipt for you on arrival.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Benidorm offers the " New Busy Town" or the Typically Spanish "Old Style" offrering excellent Tapas Bars for those of you who wish to experience the Spanish side of life.
Benidorm Palace offers a superb evening of entertainment offering fabulous shows & evening meals with a variety of stars. There is also a large Water Park Aqualandia for all day fun. Go Karting for the more daring of you. Sat & Sun offer great days to The Rastro, El Cisne where you can wander round the old antique stalls or just sit have a beer & enjoy the singers or Flamenco dancers. Various markets are all on various days of the week so you never need to travel that far or miss one.
It is possible to stroll on the sea front from Albir to Altea passing many seafront bars and restaurants.
Albir is a beautiful little village aprox 10 mins from Benidorm, clean pebble beach & lovely bars & restraunts. Altea offers many shops whilst strolling through the beautiful old spanish streets, lots of history & some beautiful churches.
La Nucia, Alfas, Altea and Benidorm all have local weekly markets to chose from on various days.
The Benidorm / La Nucia area
In the Region La Nucia and 5 minutes drive from the property there are 3 large supermarkets where you can buy all your homely products needed, various banks, pharmacy, medical centre, hairdressers, shops and more.
There are various bars and restaurants, including, Chinese, Italian, Bulgarian, Spanish, Steak Houses and the famous award winning Restaurant Alcazar (Belgium Cuisine). Also within easy reach for those of you who miss the home comforts there is an English Fish and Chip shop with a wider range of cuisine. Catering for all tastes and budgets, plus an English sports bar and little bistros. La Nucia has a beautiful little old town complete with typical spanish bars & restraunts & La Nucia market..
Also in the in the area there is a Large Theme Park (Terra Mitica) for those who love the adrenalin of roller coasters and for those with families there is also the Terra Natura Animal Park. In this location there is Water There Park (Mundamar), go karting facilities and an 18 Hole Golf Course (Real De Fauler) A beautiful relax & Spa resort has been built for those of you who just love to chill out. Or for the fast food lovers there is a large Burger King & Kentucky on hand. There is plenty to see & do in La Nucia plus there is a great little bus route just at the bottom of the road which takes you to Benidorm,Albir,Altea etc. A local family on our urbanisation have taxis if need be. Albir hosts a Medieivil Castle offering jousting,knights & shows all while eating medievil style.
All these activites are within a 5 minute dirve from the property. There is also a local helepad for those of you with private choppers!!

Nearest airport to La Nucia is Alicante, which is around a 40 minute drive on the motorway. The main airlines that fly into this location are: Jet2, Easyjet, BMI Baby, First Choice, Monarch and Ryan Air which are all quite low budget airlines. When you arive at the airport in Alicante there are Taxi's, Hire Car and a bus services available.

An excellent spacious villa with a beautiful well maintained pool area. Having just returned last week from 10 days in this villa we have already booked for 3 weeks next year. This villa has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are spacious and have very good airconditioning units (which we needed). The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine and more than enough crockery and cutlery. The lounge area is very large and can easily seat everyone staying in the villa with access to several uk tv channels. The outdoor area of this villa is brilliant. There are loads of different areas to sit both in the sun or in the shade. My children (aged 14,10,6,3&3) were outside from early morning until well into the evening. We used the barbeque area lots and the kids loved playing in the pool house when it was too hot to stay in the sun. We found the local supermarkets very reasonable and they are very close. The bus stop is only a short walk and only costs 1.30 euros to get to benidorm. A taxi was around 10 euros We were greeted by Sue and Steve who were very helpful in showing us around the villa and gave us useful information about the local area. They were more than happy to be contacted throughout the week to answer any questions we had. As for Caroline she has been great, very approachable and helpful. We have been in contact on the phone and by e-mail and I have always been very happy with our communication, e-mails are always answered promptly and she is very easy to talk to on the phone and nothing seems too much trouble. Overall a great holiday and we are all alredy excited to stay again next year! We have a very large family from Belgium who come back year after year as they love the villa so much. They even leave alot of there personal possesions with me to take care of for their next holiday. "Hello Potato Family, & Thank you, see you in July"!
