Home description
Casa Estrella Luz is located just 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Benidorm, Albir, La Cala Finistrat and from the lovely port of Altea.
There are many attractions for families in the area all within a fifteen minute drive, these include Aqualandia waterpark, Mundamar, Terra Mittica and the newest attraction in the area the Terra Natura zoo and waterpark which is a great day out for all the family.
There is also the lovely mountain village of Guadalest and the Funtes del Algar waterfalls. A supermarket is a fifteen minute walk away as is a very good Chinese restaurant and an english bar. There is a good spanish restaurant just a two minute walk down the road.
The villa has an outside kitchen and bar area and a stone BBQ, there are a number of sun terraces to choose from including a balcony to sit out on a night and enjoy a drink under the stars.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca region is known for its mild winter climate, lovely beaches and places of interest to visit as well as of course night life if you want it.
There are a lot of designated walking paths in the mountains which can be reached in 5 minutes in a car these range from one hour walks to all day ones.The local tourist information offices provide good maps and info. on any thing you want to know.
Benidorm / La Nucia area
La Nucia is a typical Spanish town which has the old outside washing facilities, here you can still see some old Spanish ladies doing their washing! Just another mile or so along from here you will visit Polop this is also a typical Spanish village where you can walk up to the church on the top or visit the handmade shoe shop or drink the water from the numerous water fountains where the local people still collect their daily drinking water.
Still in the vicinity you will be able to visit Gaudalest which now has a tourist boat on the lake, lovely to see the mountains surrounding you.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Alicante and there area number of car hire companies based there. The distance to the villa from the airport is approx. 45kms, and takes about 45 minutes on the motorway.
You can also fly to Valencia airport where there are a number of low cost flight companies operating, the journey takes one and a half hours and again there is a selection of car hire companies.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a.c/ heating, the en-suite bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan the third bedroom has twin beds and a.c/heating.
The family bathroom has a separate large shower cubicle.
The new kitchen is modern and spacious and the dining area seats 6.
The lounge is comfortable and for the winter has an open log fireplace. There is english tv in the villa.
Further details outdoors: Lovely private pool with Roman steps into it which is good for children, outside bar and kitchen with fridge freezer and cooker, and seating for six under cover, there is a second table with six chairs and a gazebo with comfortable cane settee and chairs to fall asleep on in the shade after dining al fresco.
There are six sunbeds provided and alternative seating as well.
Further details
The owners of the property live in a separate apartment in the grounds of the villa but have their own parking and entrance so will not intrude on the holiday makers unless they have a problem and then they will be on hand to help with any information they may need and also to make sure the pool is kept sparkling clean.
Conditions
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa but is OK on the balcony and in the other areas of the outside of the villa.
Refundable breakage deposit of £100 a week required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (after a satisfactory inspection of the property).
30% deposit required on initial booking and the remainder 8 weeks before arrival date.
