Modern villa set in the hills behind Denia. Breath taking views over the Orba valley with orange and lemon groves to the sea at Denia. All you need for a comfortable holiday is provided. This is not a basic holiday rental but a home from home.

Open plan living and dining area with Air-con/climate control. Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with four poster bed and en-suite with corner bath and separate shower. Second bedroom with twin beds (can be turned into a double-bed) and adjoining bathroom. Self contained double bedroom with climate control air-con and full sized bathroom with shower. Large terraces with very private swimming pool. Covered dining area by the pool with seating for six and a gas BBQ. Lovely mature private gardens and quiet off road secure private parking. Lounge has climate control Air-conditioning and a 42" Flat screen LED TV with all UK channels. DVD player with around 200 DVD films. Open fire. Furnished to a very high standard.

We provide all our guests with a detailed Villa Information Pack giving loads of information on the Villa and the area. Places to go things to do ans well as a restaurant guide and hints and tips for your stay. I stay in touch with all our guests answering any questions and providing information and advice on how to get the most out of their holiday. We have a Villa Management Company who set up and prepare the villa for each client and they arrange a meeting with each client to answer any questions. They also provide a local English speaking contact to call on if you need any assistance.

Why can't I call Ken (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ken (the owner) a message.

If Ken (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
