About the home

This tastefully designed 2x bedroom, 2xbathrooms, fully furnished poolside apartment with fitted hardwood and granite kitchen and marble floors through-out. Located within the beach belt & near the village of Varca in a gated complex with parking spaces and landscaped gardens and large, shared pool.

Imperial Residency is surround by paddy fields and coconut groves ideal for a family of 4/5 adults. The luxury apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with attached balconies, two wetroom bathrooms (one of which is en suite) with hot water facilities and showers. The kitchen has granite worktops and a cooking station with SS fitments. The master-bedroom is a/c and has a balcony and sprung mattress 5ft bed and is ensuite. The 2nd double bed-room has 2 x 4ft beds with sprung mattresses and has a/c and fan.

The lounge/diner has a balcony opening out onto the pool where sunbeds are available. The apartment has a TV with a Satellite connection, dining table for four, and 2 x sofa-bed settees all in cane. Inverter power back up is also installed.

The poolside apartment looks out onto the landscape gardens and has superb views of the pool. Personal sun loungers are available by the pool which has a shower and children's pool.

The lounge has television with a Satellite connection, dining table x4 and 2x3 seater lounges and seating for 6. The lounge/diner has a dining table with 4 chairs that opens out onto the pool area. The apartment has marble floors throughout and is tastefully decorated.

Imperial Residency is surround by paddy fields and coconut groves ideal for a family of twor to eight adults. It is located within the beach belt & near the village of Varca in a gated complex with parking spaces and landscaped gardens and large, shared pool.

The apartment has its own private garden which joins onto the landscaped gardens close to the pool while maintaining privacy.

The gated complex is exclusive and has 24 hr security and is ideally situated between the beach belt and Varca Village.

The main Radisson Beach hotel is located 500 metres away and provides additional amenities such as water sports and para sailing. Within walking distance is the post office and banks and supermarkets with money changing facilities and internet access.

The off-licence is also within walking distance from the complex!

Further details

Maid service (2 times per week) with bed linen and bath and beach towels provided. Airport transfers to and from Dabolim airport can be arranged for an extra tariff.

Check out times are 12 noon on the day of departure.

The Benaulim / Varca area

Varca, Cavelossim, and Mabor are the most beautiful beaches south of Benaulim. These beaches are much cleaner and quieter than most of the famous beaches of Goa. There are numerous beach restaurants offering a variety of Goan dishes and seafood at reasonable prices.
If you fancy a change the many rivers are available to be explored using a rice boat or traditional Goan fishing boats where you are fed a 3 course meal on king prawns and sea bass and all the beer you can drink for less than £8.

The cost of living in Goa is a fraction of a normal holiday in Europe and continental food is as widely available as Asian and Chinese due to European influences over the centuries. Fruits and vegetables are very cheap and available all year round as the temperature hovers between 28 -32 degrees Celsius.
These beaches are home to some of the most exclusive and luxurious beach resorts in Goa. Accommodation is also available for budget and economy class travellers though not on the beach itself. Christian, Hindu and Muslim festivals are all celebrated in Goa so there is always a party to go to or a parade to see.

Whether its a trip to the jungle, or the river back waters ,or a visit to the spice farms with elephant transport or up to Anjuna for the live music or vast craft markets Goa has it all and many people come back year after year as a result.
