White Sands villa, located just 5 minutes walk to the beach, is ideal for families. It is surrounded by rice fields and swaying coconut palms affording a quite and peaceful atmosphere.

The villa affords 6 adults comfortable, fully equipped, air-conditioned accommodation for a relaxing holiday.

On the upper level it has 1double bedroom with en suite facilities and a large balcony with stunning sea views, and 1 twin bedroom with en suite and a sea view balcony. The lower level has a twin bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, a bathroom/WC, a fully equipped kitchen , a dining area and a spacious living room with TV and balcony.

Situated in a secure gated complex the villa has a large swimming pool. It is within easy reach of nearby 5 star hotels such as Taj Exotica and the Raddison.
Inexpensive taxi service is available.

The villa has spacious accommodation for up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms and modern en suite tiled bathrooms and showers. The comfortable lounge seats 6 people, the dining area seats 4 adults and the kitchen is fully equipped. Additional patio chairs are available. In addition to air-conditioning every room is equipped with a ceiling fan. Each bedroom and the lounge have a balcony, three of which face the Arabian sea. Hot water geysers are available in every bathroom. Maid service is available.

The Villa has a large landscaped, paved patio. You can relax to the sound of waves breaking on the nearby beach. There is private parking at the villa, and scooters and bicycle hire can also be arranged. Taxi service is available. A large swimming pool with attached children's pool is available for use just a short walk across the lawns.

Alternatively the villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach where one can take a dip in the warm waters of the Arabian Sea. It is possible to spot dolphins as you stroll along the beach.

Restaurants are in walking distance. Watersports are available on the beach. Shops and internet facility about 500m away.

The Goa / West India / Goa region

They called it the Rome of the Orient – this lush, green expanse of beach, white palm-fringed sands, hills cascading down to the beach, tiny shacks offering the best of Goan cuisine and local wines and spirits. It is the ultimate holiday destination. Life is lived on the beaches sunbathing, having a massage, swimming, sipping chilled beer or kaju feni. In the evening a whole world of entertainment opens up. There are beach parties, lots of music, night clubs and casinos.

Goa is an amalgamation of Christian Portuguese and the Hindu Goan along with the remnants of the Muslim tradition. Goa is much more than beaches and sea. Excursions can easily be arranged to see the sites of historic Old Goa and the Basilica of Bom Jesus where the body of St. Francis Xavier is enshrined, Fort Aguada, Dhudsagar Falls , wild life sanctuaries, spice farm to name a few.

While most of the Northern Hemisphere experiences the winter blues, Goa is a balmy 28°C-32°C from November to April.

Goans are famous for their warm hospitality and every visitor is treated like a friend. English is widely spoken.

The Benaulim / Varca area

Varca Beach is in the middle of the long 15 mile stretch of golden sandy beach. It is clean, serene and unspoilt. There are beach shacks offering a variety of Goan dishes and seafood at reasonable rates.
Located within a mile are several small supermarkets, internet facilities and an ATM cash point.
Car/scooter rental and local taxis can be arranged at very reasonable rates. A local bus service to Margao, the commercial centre, is convenient and available throughout the day.
Four and five star hotels are within a one mile radius.

Goa (Dabolim) Airport is 30km away from the Villa and takes 40 minutes by road. Transfer from the airport is included in tariff Goa is serviced from November through to the end of April by charter flights direct from the UK and other European Airports.
Scheduled Airline flights are available through Mumbai (Bombay) and Colombo (Sri Lanka) throughout the year.

“Lovely villa in great location” We had a great week staying in White Sands. The villa is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms are air-conditioned (an absolute must) and all rooms have effective overhead fans. Superb swimming pool shared with other properties but never busy whilst we were there. The beach is within easy walking distance and is wonderful, with beach shack restaurants providing good cheap food - recommend Jammy's about ten minutes walk north up the beach, a good meal for four with drinks for under £15.. Two restaurants just outside the complex - food also good and inexpensive. Colva is a few minutes away by taxi (300 rupees one way) with gift shops, supermarkets, restaurants, internet cafes etc. The return trip by auto-rickshaw is 250 rupees.
