Viva Goa Villa offers up to 6 people the chance to relax in the comfort of a fully equipped air-conditioned villa in a quiet location within 300m of the unspoilt Varca Beach.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms containing 2 double and 2 single beds, two large bathrooms, and a kitchen. In addition to air-conditioning each room has a fan. There is a large balcony and garden to relax in.
Situated in a secure gated complex the villa has the use of a large swimming pool just a short stroll across the lawns. Alternatively the villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach where one can take a dip in the warm waters of the Arabian Sea.

The Goa region
After a long period of Portuguese influence, Goa has blended into a unique cultural experience in India, waiting for you to explore. Goa offers a laid back scene tailor-made to guarantee you a forefilling and relaxing holiday. Goa is a compact state straddling 105 km (65 miles) of the Arabian Sea Coastline and covering an area of 3702 square km (1429 square miles) which enables you to explore all its delights. The North offers a more commercial flavour and alternative scene. Varca is situated in the south and remains a quiet haven. Excursions can easily be undertaken to see the sights of Historic Old Goa, Fort Aguada, bath in the deserted beaches of Cabo da Rama or the refreshing pools of Dhudhsagar Falls to name a few. Out of state tours to Hampi are possible. The nearby regional Capital of Margao offers fascinating shopping opportunities in the Bazaar. The services of tailors, dentists,opticians and beauticians are all available at very reasonable rates. Goa's weather adds the icing to the cake. Whilst most of the Northern Hemishere suffers the winter blues the best period in Goa is to be experienced. From November to April constant sunshine and daytime temperatures around 30 degC are near guaranteed. From April the temperature and humidity steadily increases until the South West Monsoon arrives around mid-June. Most rain falls during the months of June/July/August. Lesser rains occur during September and October as the Monsoon retreats. Generally by the second half of October dry conditions return. Visits to Goa during the Monsoon offer an even quieter experience with lush greenery everywhere.
Benaulim / Varca area
A short walk along the nearby sandy beach; beach shacks offer you a retreat to be pampered with refreshments and delicious local cuisine, especially seafood. Within a mile several small supermarkets, internet facilities and a ATM cashpoint can be found. Car/Scooter rental and local taxis can be easily arranged at very reasonable rates. A local bus service passes nearby several times a day to Margao. Besides the beach shacks, restaurants are plentiful and of a high standard. Goans are reknown for there bands and will play your favourite songs at local nighttime venues and 4* hotels within close proximity.
How to get there
Goa (Dabolim) Airport is 30km away from the Villa and takes 40 minutes by road. Transfers can be arranged. Goa is serviced from November through to the end of April by charter flights direct from the UK and other European Airports. Scheduled Airline flights are available through Mumbai (Bombay) and Colombo (Sri Lanka) throughout the year.
