Superb luxury, modern large two bedroom apartment in new block within well known Pueblo Evita complex. There are three pools, gym, games facilities and evening entertainment. A few minutes walk will take you to the beach, bars, restaurants and Palmera Park. The lovely Benalmadena Marina is nearby and both buses and trains are within walking distance. The apartment is privately owned and has been furnished to a high standard as originally it has only been used for occasional personal use. Cleanliness is of high importance. It has all home comforts and is not typical of a rental property. In summary, it is a lovely apartment in an ideal location and caters for all types of holidays. Whether you are looking for a family holiday, romantic couples, golf or sports this is the apartment for you.

Further details
Arrangements can be made with an English/Spanish speaking lady to collect you from the airport. She will hand over the keys and give you details on the apartment. She also looks after the apartment and lives in the block herself. The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival with clean towels and linen. A cot is available and included in the price.
Conditions
To secure a booking, a 25% deposit is required. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure along wit a refundable breakages deposit of £150. Please note there is strictly no smoking other than on the balcony. Departure time is 12 noon and arrival is 3pm although normally arrangements can be made to store baggage.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa Del Sol enjoys constant year round sunshine and offers some great beaches, over 30 fantastic golf courses, as well as typical Andalucian mountain villages for a touch of traditional Spain.In the heart of the Costa del Sol, Benalmadena is located approximately 20 km west of Malaga. With an average summer temperature of 27°C and 3,200 hours of sun each year it ranks among the warmest areas of Europe and year by year attracts ever more holiday-makers to Andalusia.
Your gateway to the sun is Malaga International Airport. Only two-and-a-half hours away from Brit-ain and only fifteen minutes from the airport and you are in Benalmadena where we will gladly welcome you as our guests.
Local buses, trains and excursions will take you to te nearby attractions such as Mijas village or Puerto Banus, Marbella the millionaries playground.
Enjoying fantastic weather, an amazing setting and beautiful restaurants, bars and cafes. Benalmadena is well positioned to reach Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda within a few hours drive. The city of Malaga is beautiful with its historical old town and very glamorous Calle Larios with trendy shops and boutiques also the Picasso Musuem. The picturesque Mountain Village of Mijas with its famous donkey taxis is just 15 minutes drive. You can also easily visit the elegant suburbs of Puerto Banus and Marbella and travel further on to Gibraltar. You can easily visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda within a few hours drive.
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Central area
Benalmadena is a lively resort within a twenty minute drive of Malaga Airport. The many attractions of the resort will keep you occupied during the day allowing you to sample the water sports in high season or play a round of golf on nearby Torrequebrada golf course which has hosted the Spanish Open.
In the evening the resort lights up to offer you a selection of bars and restaurants. Should you wish to stay up to the early hours you will find night clubs or you can try your luck at the nearby casino. Alternatively the stylish awardwinning marina is the perfect place to enjoy a meal and people watch.
Benalmadena Marina – was awarded in 1995 the title of the World’s Most Beautiful Marina. With more than 1,000 berths it is the largest marina in the region and is surrounded by innumerable cafés, restaurants, discotheques, souvenir shops and day and night entertainment.
From the port you are able to makes trips up the coast to see dolphins in their natural habitat or if you prefer to stay on dry land, to visit Sealife, an underwater aquarium, in which you can admire the tremendous diversity of under-water life in the Mediterranean.
On either side of the port the sandy beach extends for miles with its beautiful promenade, cosy cafes and inviting restaurants. There is also a water sports centre from where you can try out paragliding, jet skiing, diving, fishing and other pursuits.
El Castillo Bil Bil, which dates from 1934 is a cultural centre, in which exhibitions and concerts take place, as well as being a popular place to get married!
There is a casino, golf courses and shopping centres to add more variety to your holiday. There is one golf course in immediate proximity to our apartments, seven others nearby, and within a short drive innumerable others – it’s not in vain that the Costa del Sol is also known as the "Costa del Golf".
For something more relaxing we recommend the "Parque de la Paloma", the Park of the Dove which extends to 200.000m² of gardens, among the largest in the region. With its children's playgrounds it is an absolute must for visitors.
The leisure and entertainment park TIVOLI WORLD in Arroyo de la Miel opened in 1973 and offers a wide range of activities to make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
On Friday mornings between 10.00 and 14.00 o'clock the market in Arroyo de la Miel is a place where you will find that special souvenir to display at home.
Another unforgettable experience is to take the „telecabina“, the cable car, up from the town to the 971m high mountain Calamorro, from where there is a fantastic view of the entire coast and, on a clear day, right across the sea to Africa.

Arrive at Malaga Airport which is serviced by most airlines. Collection can be arranged with an English speaking lady who looks after the apartment and lives in the block. Or you can catch a taxi and ask them to take you to Pueblo Evita Complex in Benalmadena Costa. Or if you have car hire arranged, from the airport, turn right to Torremalenos and ten take the Autopista A-7 (motorway) and head west towards Cadiz/Marbella. Take exit 222 towards Arroyo de la Miel. At the roundabout where there is a petrol station turn right and head towards the Casino until you reach Palm Tree Avenue where you are almost at the beach. On the left is the entrance for Pueblo Evita, take this turning then go up a short hill and block 16 is the yellow building on the right.
