Villa Diamante is a privately owned 5 bedroom villa located in one of the Costa del Sol’s most exclusive areas. As you enter the open plan living area you will take in the superb sea views. On this level is the large open-plan lounge with dining room and kitchen. There are two double bedrooms with sliding doors on to patio and garden. There is also a twin bedded room, shower room and bathroom. On the lower level is a self contained apartment with a double bedroom, a twin room and a bathroom. The apartment has its own living room, with kitchen diner and sliding door to the garden and pool.

All of the fittings are of the highest quality as you would expect with a villa of this standard. The kitchen is very large and well-equipped and the worktops are polished granite. The main part of the villa has cream marble floors, picture windows and sliding patio doors. We take your security seriously and each door has a security grille which folds away when not in use. There is also a safe.

The private pool has a retractable, sliding cover so that you can enjoy it all year round. The pool can also be heated by the latest heat pump technology (at nominal extra cost) so you can even have a dip before Christmas lunch!
Outside there is a shaded terrace, barbecue area, established gardens with lawn and trees as well as extensive sun terrace area surrounding the swimming pool. The pool has its own sliding cover so that it can be used all year round and there is the option of pool heating (nominal extra cost). The pool is cleaned weekly and the purification chemicals maintained to safe, correct levels. The pool has slip resistant borders and there is a large sun terrace area with pool shower. The drive is finished in sand-coloured printed concrete and there is room for at least two cars.
The bookings run from Saturday to Saturday and please note we would ask all guests be packed and ready to vacate
Villa Diamante by 10.00 am on the day of your departure. The maids will arrive at 10.00 am to clean rooms, change beds etc., ready for the next guests' arrival. Should you have a late afternoon or evening departure flight, we are happy to take care of your cases and take you to the beach or for a coffee whilst you are waiting to depart.
Rental is available by the week and there is a returnable damages deposit payable with balance or on arrival. We are a flexible business and try to accommodate special requests such as special restaurants for special occasions, flowers, champagne and surprise birthdays. With 15 years' experience we know how to look after you.
Deposit payable at booking stage by UK cheque or bank transfer either in Pounds or Euros. Balance payable six weeks prior to arrival.
300KWH is permitted Electricity use per week. Over 300 KWH Electricity is charged at 0.22 Cents per KWH.
The Andalucia region
This part of Spain is protected from the northern climate by its 'Sierras' and so enjoys a fabulous climate all year round. Travel inland a little way and you have the traditional Spain, try a day out at El Chorro and swim in the freshwater lakes. The city of Malaga is a gem with its paved streets, the famous Picasso museum, the cathedral, its many restaurants, cafés and bars. Try Malaga's oldest tapas bar 'Logüeno' (Log-wen-o) or stroll along the Alameda Principal with its many flower stalls, the colours are overwhelming. Then you can walk up the paved Calle Larios and maybe take coffee and 'churros' in the Café Central in the Plaza de la Constitución. Head further east and you have Nerja with its famous caves.
Go westward and there is Marbella and Puerto Banus playground of the rich and famous.
At the heart of Benalmádena is the old white Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo with its narrow streets with flowers growing everywhere, so much colour. The Plaza de España is at the heart of the Pueblo and has cafés, restaurants, craft and souvenir shops and the fountain of the young girl, the symbol of Benalmadena. This too is the real Spain as the locals go about their day-to-day business and some of the older village folk sit on a bench in the shade of the orange trees and just chat away to each other.
For the children there is Tivoli World just a bus ride away in Arroyo de la Miel and a little further on is the World famous Benalmadena Marina which has won worldwide acclaim for its architecture. The marina has more activities and restaurants thatn I can list here so put it on your itinerary.
Within walking distance of the villa is the Altos del Higueron shopping centre which has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, an Italian restaurant which has superb pizzas to eat in or take away. Then there is the Taberna del Frasco bar, a dry cleaners, internet café, excellent Indian restaurant, hairdressers and the very stylish 'Punto Rojo' restaurat and bar. All the restaurants and bars have tables and chairs on the pavement so you can sit and sip your 'mojito' whilst watching the world go by.
For those who like to shop there is the excellent Corte Ingles at Mijas Costa and this has top names at surprising prices especially during the sales. Within this beautiful department store is the Hipercor supermarket which sells everything from air conditioners to zip fasteners (couldn't think of anything beginning with Z). Within Hipercore is its own bakery, delicatessen, superb fresh fish counter and Spanish takeaway food counter where they will prepare you a paella of your choice and they make a gift of the 'paellera' - paella cooking pan - to you: superb!
The villa is located in the exclusive area of La Capellania just five minutes drive from the old village of Benalmádena Pueblo with its cobbled streets, white painted houses, bars, restaurants, and places of interest. The nearest beach is only a few minutes drive and has two beach bars. Mijas village is about 20 minutes drive and is world famous as the traditional white Andalusian village. The town of Fuengirola is only a few minutes drive as is Benalmádena Costa with its award-winning marina, with sea trips, live shows, and lots of shops and restaurants. The villa itself is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport.
La Capellania is a very private and sought-after location in the Costa del Sol. Villa Diamante is a large, luxury villa in the traditional Spanish style and would suit two families wishing to holiday together. The size and layout of the property ensures privacy but its closeness to local amenities allows you the freedom to enjoy your holiday exactly as you like to. The location of the villa ensures you are not overlooked.
There are good local taxi services and car hire can be arranged with the car(s) being delivered to your door so you don’t have to drive after your flight. In order to give you the best service we offer airport collection & return, welcome food packs and will accommodate special requests such as birthday cakes, restaurant reservations or champagne.

"Perfect place for large family"
Great villa with brilliant facilities. Really spacious and well located if you have a hire car. Great views of the coast and offers real privacy. Kids really enjoyed the pool!… More
