This sunny south facing apartment is on the second floor and is a one minute walk to the picturesque beachfront promenade and the lovely sandy Carihuela beach. The apartment is delightful and spacious has sea views from both balconies, is tastefully furnished and kept to a very high standard, Both bedrooms are fully furnished and also have remote controlled ceiling fans, bedroom one also has a balcony. The large lounge -diner has comfortable seating, big flat screen tv with UK freeview channels and patio doors to the main balcony, the dining area seats six. The separate fully fitted kitchen has white units and marble worktops.There is a family bathroom which has a bath and a shower over. Bath towels and linen are included.

The main balcony off the lounge has a patio table and chairs for outside dining, bedroom one has a smaller balcony with seating. The property is cleaned before and after each rental period. Beach towels are NOT provided. There is a small safe fitted in bedroom one.

This is a second floor apartment in a small recently renovated block which is served by two lifts. There is a shared pool in the garden together with reserved secure carparking. Sun loungers are available by the pool in the summer months The property is situated on level groud with no steep hills to have to climb in the neighbouring area. All the facilities you need are available within easy walking distance. Beach restaurants to suit every pocket and taste, shops bars and supermarkets are all immediately adjacent. There is a regular local bus service from outside the property. The award winning marina in Benalmadena is pleasant 300metre stroll away.
Further details
Changeover day is normally a Sunday, but this may be open to negotiation. Guests are asked to vacate by 10:30 a.m. and the apartment will be available by 3:30pm. On your outgoing day it will be in order to leave your packed suitcases in the apartment if your flight departure is not until later on in the day.

This is a srictly non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

The Costa del Sol lies on the southern coast of Spain and it is the acknowledged playground of Europe. With a protective background of rugged mountains it basks in almost continuous sunshine all the year round.
The Benalmadena / Carihuela Beach area
Benalmadena basks in the sun on its excellent sandy beaches. It has a fine promenade for strolling and a good range of shops. There is also the new award winning marina overlooked by boutiques and mouth watering restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. Carihuela is famous for its fish restaurants and miles of sandy beach. There are attractions to suit all tastes such as the Sea Life aquarium, water parks, Tivoli amusement centre, local street markets, golf, water sports etc etc

Our apartment is a 15minute taxi ride away (18euros) from Malaga Airport which is well served with low cost airlines from most UK airports. Car hire is not essential and depends on the kind of holiday that you want. There is a regular local bus service to all localities from outside the property. The railway station is about 1mile away from the apartment.
