Malaga lifestyle penthouse is really comfortable, light , air conditioned and fully equipped to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and pleasurable as possible. It is also exceptionally tastefully furnished with the best quality rustic Andalusian furniture and provides two dining areas, allowing for dining both inside and outside. There is a large sun top-floor terrace with BBQ overlooking the amazing mountains and with great sea views. There is a swimming pool that has just being renovated and extended and there are also gym facilities available.Ideally located in a quiet and peaceful area,where the shops and beach are only 15 min. walk. Perfect for relaxing and having fun!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds and a single bed. The kitchen is well equipped with all facilities for a self catering holiday. The living room is light and airy with adjoining balcony where you can watch the sunset with lovely mountain views and a comfortable sofabed near the door that leads to balcony which has morning and afternoon sun depending on time of year.
Please note that there is also a double sofabed that makes the property suitable for 7 people but we prefer 5 people instead as they will be more comfortable. The sofabed can be sleep one or two, depending on your desirable comfort.
Further details outdoors:
Different communal areas as terraces and swimming pools. Possibility of joining a gym. Own terrace reached by the living room and from the main room plus large roof terrace with fantastic views.
Overlooks mountains and sea. BBQ area and private garage.
Access to all amenities, including different supermarkets and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
We do recommend a car, but it is possible to reach everything walking.

The Costa del Sol region


Costa del Sol is one of Europe's top holiday destinations, is a very popular region of Spain especially for the climate, as temperatures average 16-18 deg. in winter and 28-40 deg, in the summer with over 300 days of sunshine per year!
The Costa del Sol has more than two million visitors per year who arrive at Malaga airport and head to one of the many destinations along the coastline from Gibraltar in the west to Nerja in the east.
Many thousands of visitors come to the coast each year in search of sun, sea and sangria! From November to March there is also the opportunity to combine your sunbathing with a trip to the mountain top village of Sierra Nevada, where the ski resort atmosphere gives a totally different dimension to your winter break and the snow covered mountain scenery is spectacular.
This region of Spain also boasts many varied and contrasting Spanish towns and cities, from Seville and Granada, to Ronda, Nerja and Puerto Banus, all having unique sightseeing opportunities. Gibraltar is also about 1 hour away and is renowned for it's money saving duty free shopping and the famous Barbary ape colony high up the rock face.

The Benalmadena / Nueva Torrequebrada area
The local area boasts a wide variety of amenities including:
Restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets , disco, harbour, Shops, boutiques and local markets.
Parks and theme parks e.g. water parks, zoo, sea life centres, safari park, cable car with falconry display etc.
Varied nightlife including 24 hour casino and high quality live entertainment such as the popular International and flamenco shows and magic/illusionist shows, cinemas showing films in English
Whitewashed Spanish villages.
Beaches, coves, water sports, including diving and other sports e.g. golf, tennis, ice skating, horse/donkey rides, crazy golf, horseracing, walking/hiking, paragliding, fishing etc.
Also, with prices generally lower than the UK, you are able to indulge in plenty of luxuries and activities that would be more difficult to afford at home which makes the holiday a special pleasure.
The beach, bars and restaurants are only 10-15 mins away where you can stroll along the promenade to the Puerto Marina. The lovely Paloma Park is nearby and the typical Spanish town of Arroyo de la Miel is only a few kilometres away.

There are many low budget airlines that fly to Malaga from many different countries and from all over the UK available all year round. Some examples are Thomsonfly, Easyjet, Monarch Airlines, Jet2, Bmibaby, British Airways, Flybe, Ryanair and many other airlines.
We can offer you transfers to and from the airport services that are available on request, with the option for a guided tour of the area on arrival.
Spanish taxis are available from the airport. We can also arrange hire car with the most competitively prices, if that helps you. The journey by car from Malaga airport to the apartment takes around 20 minutes. Please ask for directions if need it.
