There is a swimming pool that has just being renovated and extended and there are also gym facilities available.Ideally located in a quiet and peaceful area,where the shops and beach are only 15 min. walk. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds and a single bed. The kitchen is well equipped with all facilities for a self catering holiday. The living room is light and airy with adjoining balcony where you can watch the sunset with lovely mountain views and a comfortable sofabed near the door that leads to balcony which has morning and afternoon sun depending on time of year.
Please note that there is also a double sofabed that makes the property suitable for 7 people but we prefer 5 people instead as they will be more comfortable. The sofabed can be sleep one or two, depending on your desirable comfort.

The Costa del Sol region
Costa del Sol is one of Europe's top holiday destinations, is a very popular region of Spain especially for the climate, as temperatures average 16-18 deg. in winter and 28-40 deg, in the summer with over 300 days of sunshine per year!
The Costa del Sol has more than two million visitors per year who arrive at Malaga airport and head to one of the many destinations along the coastline from Gibraltar in the west to Nerja in the east.
Many thousands of visitors come to the coast each year in search of sun, sea and sangria! From November to March there is also the opportunity to combine your sunbathing with a trip to the mountain top village of Sierra Nevada, where the ski resort atmosphere gives a totally different dimension to your winter break and the snow covered mountain scenery is spectacular.
This region of Spain also boasts many varied and contrasting Spanish towns and cities, from Seville and Granada, to Ronda, Nerja and Puerto Banus, all having unique sightseeing opportunities. Gibraltar is also about 1 hour away and is renowned for it's money saving duty free shopping and the famous Barbary ape colony high up the rock face.
Enjoy the tapas, the siesta , the beach, la fiesta and many more activities living completely in a Malaga lifestyle!

Also, with prices generally lower than the UK, you are able to indulge in plenty of luxuries and activities that would be more difficult to afford at home which makes the holiday a special pleasure.
The beach, bars and restaurants are only 10-15 mins away where you can stroll along the promenade to the Puerto Marina. The lovely Paloma Park is nearby and the typical Spanish town of Arroyo de la Miel is only a few kilometres away.
