A lovely one bed apartment with great pool and gardens, the view is outstanding, the sea, Paloma Park and the bottom half of arroyo to your left and to your right is top half of arroyo, Tivoli fairground and the mountains. The apartment has an open balcony for those warm balmy afternoons/evenings. In the apartment is a 32" TV with British programmes a DVD and CD radio. For safety we have a safe for your passports and money etc and for general security there is a 24 hour reception desk which will help with any problems. Linen and towels are provided.

The Costa del Sol region
The nearest international airport is Malaga which is approximately 10-15 kms away, The town is situated at the heart of the Costa del sol where there are numerous activities to see and do there’s golf, fishing, horse riding, sailing, cycling and touring all done in the best climate Europe has to offer. (over 300 days of certified sunshine and the kindest winters in Europe)
The Benalmadena area
Arroyo de la miel is a busy all year round town come winter or summer nothing closes; it has a market Friday at Tivoli and a bric a brac Sunday. At Paloma park on Wednesday is a bric a brac come car boot come market, very big and a small market there Friday. Nearby is the wonderful Paloma park, type it into Google to see it for all its splendour, chickens, ducks, geese, etc all roam the gardens, lake ,and ponds. There’s a railway station in Arroyo which will take you to Fuengirola to the west and as far as Malaga to the east it’s here you can take the fast train to either Seville or Madrid (2 hours 40 mins) A car isn’t necessary as there is a really inexpensive and reliable bus service. And lastly the fantastic marina is a must see only 15 /20 mins walkway and has attractions day and night.

This is a lovely one bedroomed apartment in a great location. Everything you could possibly want from a holiday rental is here and its all in good order. Bars, restaurants etc are all close at hand as well as a large supermarket. Only downside for some could be that its on the 10th floor and so looking over the balcony is quite scary. Response: Thanks for the review,it is a high quality apt and as with all apts some like being on a low floor but most enjoy a higher level for that fantastic panoramic view ,the cooler breezes and its generally quieter. |
