This studio is an ideal base for a holiday that has plenty to offer in the way of things to do and places to visit. Or if you prefer an ideal place to relax. It is on the 9th floor of a south facing apartment block and has an outside terrace.
It is geared up with families in mind.
The apartment has everything in one area. On entering the property there are bunk beds on the right with wardrobe space on the left. There is a double bed with bedside cabinets. The kitchen area is well equipped and there is a separate shower room. There is no television in this property, it is a place to escape and relax and make the most of the area.

The terrace is south facing and a good size and has a table and four chairs. The views are fabulous and this would be a great place to sit and enjoy a drink and take in the views. The pool and gardens are below and there is a children's section to the pool.

Airport transfers can be arranged with an English speaking driver.
Conditions
A £100 per week non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed booking form detailing party members and accepting terms and conditions. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
Apartments must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. If there are no guests arriving or departing on the same day this is flexible.
Although smokers are welcome smoking is only permitted on the terrace. The apartment is no smoking.
Sorry no bookings will be taken from all male/female groups.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol is pretty much an all year round weather resort with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. There are plenty places of interest to visit or you can just relax and unwind. Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba or the Sierra Nevada mountains in the winter for skiing are all within easy travelling distances by car or train. The famous Rock of Gibraltar is only an hours drive away.
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
Benalmadena is split into three areas being Benalmadena Pueblo the old Spanish style village, Arroyo De La Miel the busy town area where you will find the train station and Benalmadena Costa, the beach area.
Benalmadena Pueblo has a quiet pace of life with white washed Spanish houses and a lovely square which is an ideal place to stop and have lunch. The church is worth a visit and outside has stunning views down to the coast. The local bull ring is here too.
Arroyo De la Miel is a much busier area with shops and restaurants. Tivoli World Amusement Park is in Arroyo and this is where they hold the local Friday market. The cable car runs from here and at the top you will be rewarded with a falconry display.
Benalmadena Costa is the coastal area where you will find the world famous Puerto Marina.
The people who visit Benalmadena return year after year as the area has so much to offer.

Malaga airport is only a 20 minute drive from Benalmadena. Airport transfers can be arranged to take you directly to the apartment you have booked but if you prefer to use public transport taxis are available right outside the airport. The train station is just across the road which would take you into Arroyo De La Miel.
There are a number of airlines that fly into Malaga. Easyjet, Thomsonfly, BMIBaby, Flybe, Monarch & British Airways are just a few where great deals can be found when looking for flights. With budget airlines the earlier you book the better and a if you register with each of the companies they will send you details of special offers as soon as they become available.

Nice apartment with excellent views.Comfy bed with nice clean bedding,would have appreciated maid service,but it was not a problem.The pool area was clean and the staff worked endlessly to keep it so.The balcony got the sun first thing in the morning,so it was a pleasure to sit and breakfast there. We stayed at the studio in Los Cisnes 1 for a week in July 2012 and have already booked for 2 weeks next year. We know the Benalamdena area very well and wanted somewhere close to our family and friends, in a central location with good facilities. With this studio we got everything we wanted and more. The views along the coast are worth staying here for alone. Being on the 9th floor offers superb views from the large terrace. Inside the ample sized studio is everything you need to have a great holiday, from the sun chairs to take around the pool to the washing machine which is so handy as you can cut down on the amount of luggage you need to take away. The bathroom also provided hot water whenever we needed it and the studio is equiped with several fans to keep it cool. The gardens and large swimming pool are excellently kept with plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing, and the whole block is located very centrally. The beach is opposite, the Marina a 10 min stroll away, a couple of supermarkets a short walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants are also on the doorstep. Ann, the property manager is excellent to deal with and the welcome pack left in the fridge for our arrival consisting of wine, water and milk was a most welcome and thoughtful start to our holiday. Los Cisnes 1 is excellent value for money. You can pay alot more for a studio with less facilities in a less central location. We are already looking forward to returning next summer. |

More than enjoyed staying at this studio the view being the main attraction on choosing to stay here and it did not disappoint. The position of the studio was also a plus point as it was right in the middle of everything with a short walk to the beach. The studio itself was a good size, clean and well equipped a tv would be a nice addition. Personally I find watching the tv after returning from the day and before going out in the evening relaxing. The garden/pool area was very well kept and I enjoyed sitting reading a book after the buzz of the beach as they were fairly peaceful. This was the first time to benalmadena and if I was to return I would most definitely choose to stay here again. |
