Home description

This luxury apartment is a perfect base for what ever type of holiday you desire, be that relaxing on the beach or by the pool, challenging yourself on one of the Costa del Sol’s many golf courses, sampling the many culinary delights of Southern Spain or simply taking time out.

The apartment is bright and airy with sea views from the large terrace which can be accessed from the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom. This spacious terrace also has table, chairs and a small BBQ to ensure that you can enjoy alfresco dining, whilst watching the sun rise in the morning or magnificent sunsets in the evening.

The bright and spacious lounge is furnished with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, dining area and a TV with Sky for English channels and a DVD player including a selection of DVD’s for your entertainment. There are two bedrooms each with twin beds which have ample wardrobe space, there are also two bathrooms (one which is en-suite) allows for comfortable accommodation of 4 people. The galley kitchen provides all the equipment that you will need to make your stay comfortable.

The apartment is on the first floor or the complex however it is serviced with a lift, for those who do not like the stairs.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa del Sol has something for everyone, be it the fantastic weather, miles of sandy beaches or one of the highest concentrations of golf courses in the world as it is often dubbed the “Costa del Golf”. Your holiday can be as action packed or relaxed as you want to make it.

For families, along with the miles of gorgeous beaches there are water parks, safari parks and beautiful gardens to visit. In the evenings, an abundance of restaurants and bars will help you sample the fresh Mediterranean cuisine. For the young or young at heart, chic and trendy Benalmadena Marina offers the 24 hour square, or Marbella’s Puerto Banus both of which stay open till dawn.

If you want to experience more of the area, exciting day trips to Gibraltar, Rhonda, Malaga & Marbella can be arranged from Benalmadena. For those with a car, Seville, Cordoba and Granada are only 2 hours drive away as well as the Sierra Nevada mountains where skiing is available in winter. So this area truly can cater for any type of holiday.


Benalmadena / Torrequebrada area

Torregolf is located in the exclusive area of Torrequebrada Golf Estate. The nearest beach is a few minutes drive away or further a field explore the larger beaches of Benalmadena and Fuengirola.

A short walk from the sea front is Paloma Park which is ideal for relaxing with the children where they are able to see the wildlife especially the turtles/terrapins swimming in the vast lake.
At nearby Tivoli World you can take the cable car up to the mountains (750m high) to take in the spectacular views of the coastline and surrounding areas or enjoy a rodeo show in the park, or remain in the park and enjoy their evening entertainment for both adults and children.

Selwo Marina offers shows with its dolphins, penquins and sealions.

For those wishing the experience the nightlife the area has to offer they need go no further than the throbing port in Benalmadena.

There are also a variety of different local markets which take place during the week and can provide a great place to pick up fresh fruit and vegetables or souvenirs.

For the golf enthusiast we are able to offer you reasonable green fees to many of the areas golf courses with a local english speaking golf business.(For details enquire when booking).


How to get there

Fly to Malaga airport then a 15 minute car journey to the apartment (detailed map supplied).
Cheap flights available from many discount air carriers including Easyjet and Monarch.
Car hire can be arranged with generous discounts (contact owner).

A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. The remainder is payable 6 weeks prior to beginning of holiday.

Changeover days are Saturday (however this can be at owner’s discretion).
Please vacate the apartment by 12 noon on the day of your departure.

Rental price includes welcome pack on arrival, tea bags, milk, toilet rolls, etc. For that special occasion wine and flowers can be arranged at a further cost.

We offer a local English speaking management company who will be on hand should you require them to help make your stay run as smoothly as possible.

Monthly lets considered where availability allows. Prices negotiable.

No Smoking in the apartment. Smoking permitted on the terrace only.

There is the use of a shared swimming pool. please note: this is available from May to September ONLY.


Conditions

£100 refundable deposit for damages/breakages is required and will be returned once property has been inspected.


There is a charge of 60€ for cleaning and laundry payable on arrival to key holder.
