About the home

Beautifully furnished studio in superb beach front location in the hotel Sol Timor. There are views of the swimming pool, gardens and sea from the balcony. Great value for money and ideal for couples but spacious enough for a 3rd person. This is the perfect destination for a lively beach holiday, with restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep. Just 400 yds away is the award winning marina of Benalmadena. Relax while the children play in the Mini-club. Children's playpark and activities for the young and the not so young. Nightly entertainment in the lounge and happy hours twice a day. Snack bar around the pool and lifeguard on duty.
On the top floor studio, we have full sat system, washing machine and a hydro-poder massage shower.

This beautiful individually furnished south facing studio privately owned within the Sol Timor complex has twin or double beds. A Z bed is available on request.

Minimum deposit required £100. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment made by cheque. Special rates for winter rents please ask, 100 pounds for lets of three weeks or more.
We have a special rate for May 2012, 250 pounds sterling per week for 2 people.
In high season, arrival day is Sunday.

The Costa del Sol region

Benalmadena is a short drive from Malaga airport. There is a local bus service to the hotel or you can take a taxi or train. This is the sunniest place in Europe, temperatures go up to 42 degrees in the summer months. Winter sun averages 20 degrees.

Lots of places of interest in surrounding areas. Ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday or for the more adventurous there is lots of culture and history in Malaga.

The Benalmadena / Carihuela Beach area

Ideal sightseeing location. Places to visit include Gibraltar, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas and many inland white washed villages.

All within easy reach. Local bus and coach companies go daily to all locations.
Festivals are held regularly, the biggest being at Easter and Christmas.
With over a 1,000 boats on the marina there are lots of boat trips, fishing trips and water sports.

Fabulous value for money studio and immpecably clean. A real home from home. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches, wonderful tapas and wine and all great value for money. A great choice of restaurants from all around the world with three courses around 10€.
