About the home

Los Porches is the perfect base from which to explore the many & varied attractions of the western Costa del Sol. From here you can visit Tivoli World, a huge amusement park featuring live entertainment or Paloma Park leisure park. Puerta Marina a beautiful complex with its abundance of shops, bars & restaurants is just a 2 minute stroll away. Perhaps you'd prefer to go on a Dolphin Safari, to try your luck at the tables in the casino at Torrequabrda or just laze on the beach in the sun. For a trip with a difference visit the Wolf Park at Antequerra. If shopping is your thing, then visit one of the many markets & haggle for that special bargain. The more energetic could try one of the many sporting activities on offer; everything from golf to green bowls & tennis is possible. Further afield there are daily excursions to Gibraltar, Granada, Tangiers, Rhonda, the Lakes, Horse Ranches & shows. Or just explore the area by train or bus, e.g. Malaga town is only 30 minutes away by train.

Los Porches is a 3 bedroom self-catering apartment, with one double beds, 4 singles & a further sofa bed.1 bedroom has en-suite facilities & there is a further shower room/w.c. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen complete with 4 ring cooker, microwave, fridge, & washing machine. There is a comfortable lounge/dining area with satellite TV. All linen & towels are provided.Suitable for the elderly & infirmed. Wheelchair accessible.Children are welcome, pets are welcome. Smoking is permited.

Conditions

We require a refundable key deposit of £100 with your booking. This will be refunded after your holiday upon safe return of the keys & with the apartment being left without the need for excessive cleaning or repairs.A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit and the price of the holiday can be paid by debit/credit cards or by cheque.

The Costa del Sol, Spain's coast of sun, has approximately 300 days of sunshine per year. July & August are the hottest months. During the inter months the climate is usually warm & sunny.

Benalmadena is one of the most important resorts on the western Costa del Sol, offering a variety of options:

(1) the village itself, located in the upper part of the municipality features traditional architecture which reflects its origins. It offers beautiful panoramic views.

(2) further down stands a district of great importance - Arroyo del la Miel, where most of the population lives. It has a wealth of tourist facilities including an international leisure park (Paloma Park), which is home to many species of birds & animals.

(3) finally Benalmadena Costa , the site of our apartment, where most of the facilities for sun & sand tourism are concentrated; hotels, a casino, golf courses & a beautiful marina.
