This stunning new apartment in Arenal Golf is an ideal base for beach or golf holidays. This is a home from home with fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, large terrace (6m x 6m) with outdoor dining table for 6 as well as sun loungers. The terrace is ideal for relaxing outdoors in the sun but also has shade at all times. The pool is a one minutes stroll away. The bedrooms are a good size and can comfortably sleep four adults. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom including jacuzzi bath.
The apartment has a very comfortable interior decorated to a high standard with plenty to entertain including Satellite TV, DVD/CD, IPOD Docking, Games, & Books. The pool is only a short stroll away and there is a secure garage with 2 spaces for parking at the end of a short corridor providing direct access to the apartment on the same floor and ideal for wheelchair access. The location is ideal for kids being totally enclosed and secure as well as including a high chair and cot..
The apartment is well located in the Arroyo de la Miel area - mid way between the Benalmadena Old Town (Pueblo) and the Coast. The location is away from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the seafront but accessible within minutes of all the local amenities as well as those further afield.

The apartment is new and has recently been decorated to a high standard. There is an indoor enclosed terrace ideal for storage and drying clothes. The large outdoor terrace is really another large room with panoramic views of the mountains and lake surrounded by the golf course.
The bedrooms are spacious with a double bed, 2 single beds and a comfortable Sofa bed and comfortable for 2 adults and 4 kids or 4-5 adults.

Secure parking for two cars as well as video entry screening for apartment. The shared pool is on the same level as the apartment and less than a minutes stroll away. The nearest bus stop is less than 5 minutes wal away and goes in one direction to the mountains and Benalmadena Old town and Mijas and in the other through Arroyo de la Miel and the Coast and Marina.
Nearby there are lots of activities within a few minutes drive including the Tivoli Fun Park, Markets, Cable Car ride, Toreqabrada Golf course as well as the Benalmadena par 3 course and driving range.

One of the smallest and most distinctive resort towns of the Costa del Sol is Benalmadena. Benalmadena has continually reinvented and upgraded itself over the years - a good example of this is its world class Benalmadena Marina & village and the approach has resulted in a high proportion of return visitors . Benalmadena has something for everybody whether young or more mature, active or looking for a sedate holiday. Its not hard to see why it is so popular with 325 days of sunshine each year and only 25 minutes by car from Malaga airport which is within two and a half hours flying time from most UK and Irish airports.
The Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel area
The apartment is in the new Arenal Golf resort in Arroyo de la Miel. The location is midway between the coast (Benalmadena Costa) and the old town (Benalmadena Pueblo).

The apartment is easily accessible being only 20 minutes by car from Malaga airport, 8 minutes by car to train station (which connects to Malaga airport), 50 minutes to Gibralter.
The motorway is about 5 minutes away with access to all the major destinations in Andalucia - nearby to Marbella and west along the cost, east to Malaga & Nerja. Other major destinations like Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz, Seville, Ronda are within 2 hours drive.
Madrid is accessible now from Malaga within 2.5 hours by the new high speed trains.

Stayed in this apartment in August. Facilites very good. Had travel cot and high chaiir for small children, Terrace huge great for kids to play on. Pool close. Would advise to hire a car. Parking space on same level as apatment, very convienient with small kids. Close to Benalmadena peublo which has good selection of bars and restuarants - much cheaper than the marina and costa. |

Booking and gaining information about this property was very easy mainly by E-mail but the owner also has a web site that has more information about the area, things to do & the apartment. Our family of four (children ages 10 & 12 years) stayed here for two week during August 2012 and the apartment was great. The kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and all the essentials. The directions from the airport helped a great deal but the whole trip from the airport to the apartment only took 20 minutes. At the apartment we met a person who held the keys, she showed us round and informed us on how things worked like the air con & informed us she lived locally so any issues give her a call, very good service. On the complex there are at least 5 swimming pools that we found, all are accessed by key and the larger ones have a lifeguard. The whole complex is secure you can only gain access through electric gates or through the gates that you have a key for. The balcony over looks the golf course and a small lake with the mountains in the back ground. We hired a car and had two underground parking spaces with access to the apartment very near by. I would advise anyone booking this area that you will need to hire a vehicle if you wish to go to the beach or visit the old town. The complex has a newly opened this year Club house which is great for morning coffees & drinks or food on the evening. The only thing I would add is that the local club house, that is only a five minute walk away from the apartment is the only bar within easy walking distance, so you will need that car to venture any further. Then at the end of evening back to the club house for the final drinks for the drivers. |

stayed 3 weeks end june middle july .apartment very good.ideal two bathrooms when theres 4 or more. views out over golf and pool with ducks and fish .and mountains in distance.club house just open can get drink and snack only 2 min walk away .bus stops just past club house ,easy catch going out harder trying get back .taxi back anything from 7/8 eour .super market up steep hill 20 min walk .the apartment its self realy nice with big balcony and sun beds also the free view t.v. .if there was a few more shops or cafes close to would be 5 star .anyone who hires a car this would be great .dont think this would be to good for wheel chairs .has it is hilly.family from stoke on trent. |
