The apartment has large picture windows out towards the sea overlooking the marina, which has berths for many motor and sailing boats.

Should guests enjoy using a swimming pool, many local hotels are very happy to receive visitors on a daily basis, whereby they can enjoy hotel facilities, loungers, lunch etc. Closest is right across the street at the RIU hotel. Beaches are very close, approximately 2 minutes walk away with a shallow sloping safe beach.

A casino is also close by and many sports are available. Many tours also operate only a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, from where you can visit many interesting places and enjoy the Spanish culture.
The apartment's owner welcomes you personally to your holiday home and is available to answer any of your questions.
Conditions
The apartment requires a 50% deposit of the full amount payable to secure your reservation, with the balance being payable 6 weeks before your arrival in Spain.

Benalmadena Marina is a coastal port with the towns of Toremolinos and Fuengirola close by. The Mijas and Benalmadena pueblo's are located inland just a short distance away also. Marbella and the jet set resort of Puerto Banus are about 45 minuters drive.
For the more adventurous guests can visit Gibralter, Ronda, Sevilla or Granada with the Alhamba Palace, and many other well known Spanish towns all steeped in history.
The climate is very favourable with around 300 days of sun each year, and temperatures very pleasant.
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Marina area
Many exciting places can be accessed from the Port, Tivoli world with all the attractions of an amusement park. A cable car running from nearby Arroyo de la Miel up to the mountain top, where a daily birds of prey exhibition is held.
