The Costa del Sol region


Costa del Sol is one of the most popular holiday destination in Spain. With perfect weather, golden-sand beaches and loads of things to do and see, this is a perfect holiday spot for both families, couples or friends.
Situated on famous Torrequebrada Golf course (not front line golf view).
Nightlife in Benalmadena is excellent.
There are also a variety of local markets which are great to pick up fresh veg/fish and souviners.
The apartment is a 5 min walk to a main bus stop to all main towns and areas.
The Benalmadena / Torrequebrada area
Water parks at nearby Fuengirola and torremelinos. Selwo world sealife complex 5 min drive, Tivoli world theme park with cable car rides to top of mountain where there is horse riding and bird of prey shows daily.
The area is great for kids and all these attractions are max 10-15 min drive from the apartment.
5 min drive from Benalmadena harbour. 10 min from Feungorola town, lovely zoo there. Crocodile park at torremelinos 10 min drive. 30 min drive to famouse harbour of Puerto Banus/ Marbella.

Thank you Lee for the short break we had in March. The apartment was exactly as described and the location was excellent. The complex and pools were immaculate and were always quiet. We did feel important opening the electric gates every time we entered!! We will recomend to our friends and family. Thanks again, Mark and Katrina.

Short Term Lets:
The apartment is availible at a discount rate for 4 weeks or more, make an enquiry for an excact price.
Paying in Euros:
One week peak is 450 euros, off peak is 300 euros. This can be paid direct to my representative in Spain upon collection of keys.
Reservation Deposit:
A booking deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. A booking form will be emailed to you which is to be sent back with deposit and your flight details to be entered and then sent back to me.
Your deposit will be refunded upon return provided no breakages/damage.
Changeover day:
The changeover day is flexible.
Check in/out Time:
Is flexible too unless on a changover day when a convenient time for both parties.
Cleaning;
The apartment will be cleaned on departure, laundry/cleaning charge per booking is 50 euros. This includes my representative to greet you with the keys in spain.
Fresh linen and towels are provided.A weekly change of linen and cleaning if required on a 2 week stay can be arranged for 50 euros.
Final balance:
The final balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your stay. The keys will be handed to you upon arrival in Spain.
Refunds Policy:
Any payments received are non refundable, please be sure before you make a booking!!.
