.The views are fantastic west facing for afternoon sun the studio enjoys coin operated air-conditioning and one of the best swimming pools. A new kitchen has just been constructed for the start of 2012

This studio is in a great position for a beach and town experience 10 mins to the beach and the same to Arroyo de la Miel but it doesn't end there as within a minute walk there are bars and restaurants to suit most peoples tastes as well as a few good clubs with acts. NEW WIFI ACCESSABILITY

The Costa del Sol region

Benalmadena is at the heart of the Costa del Sol and has the advantage of a town and sea area to enjoy the amenities they both supply in abundance. The promenade starts to the west by sunset beach and stretches all the way into Torremolinos and beyond with the wonderful Peurto Marina being a halfway stopping point to rest and soak up the atmosphere of this marine masterpiece.The Costa del Sol boasts the best climate in the whole of Europe very mild and sunny winters and tempered summers due to its unique position.

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area

Benalmadena covers a large area from the pueblo down to the border of Fuengirola and on to Torremolinos, the pueblo is a beautiful village with belting views over the coast and has wonderful restaurants/bars all positioned along picturesque streets and walkways.Arroyo de la miel is the heart of Benalmadena again with its bustling squares and pavement cafes/restaurants and bars. There is a Sunday bric/brac at Tivoli and a market there on Fridays.The wonderful Paloma Park has a Wednesday flea market and when that's finished you can enjoy a lovely walk beside the lake and enjoy a coffee and cake at one of its 3 cafes.Arroyo has a train station which can take you to the west to Fuengirola or to the east to Malaga and beyond.

Airflights to Malaga very easy to acquire as most airports have at least 2 budget carriers based. Taxi from the airport between 25-28 euros and gold car seems to be the best car hire deal try using the price comparison sites.

“lovely studio flat” great place, well equipped with everything you could need, wonderful views, what more can I say. Gill was very helpful and on hand if she was needed but we had no problems. good location near Arroyo where there are great bars and restaurants Plaza Espana is a great place to sample tapas and drinks in the sunshine. We took the train to Ronda for the day which was a nice day out as is Malaga. Allin all a great base for a holiday in Costa Del Sol. Hope to visit again and would stay at 423 Minerva

“Fabulous apartment” We have stayed in this area over the last 25 years and a number of times in the Minerva apartments but this was the first time in this studio. We were not disappointed! It had everything that we needed including Satilite TV, CD player, air con/heating and a washing machine. I came home with a full case of clean clothes!! We haven't stayed in a studio for years and yet we had plenty of room. We were so pleased with the apartment and its spaciousness we have booked again. The decor is modern and the views from the apartment are fabulous. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and the beach is only a short jaunt down the hill. The train station in Arroyo de la Miel is about 10 minutes stroll away and the trains run very regularly. We walked right into Torremolinous along the prominade and up the steps onto San Miguel street and then got the train back to Arroyo. The bus stop is directly opposite the apartment block and a taxi rank just next door. All in all a superb holiday. A big thank you to Gill and Luke for making our holiday so perfect.

“Fantastic view from balcony comfortable apartment and great location” have stayed in a few apartments in this building but this was the best. Very comfortable bright and clean. Good location close to amenities. Will definately book this again.

“Great Location” Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment looking forward to going back. Apartment has fantastic views and great location and most of all very comfortable. All in all well worth it. Thanks for s great break.

“Lovely Holiday Studio” Stayed in this studio for a week in August. Studio is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The studio was very clean and had a few "extra" touches, thanks to Gill and Luke. Air conditioning was a godsend in the August heat! Communication with the owners was excellent. Been to Benalmadena and this complex many times and would definitely stay in this studio again and recommend to friends and family.

“Beautiful Studio” I loved this studio. The best I have ever stayed in. Very spacious, beautiful decor and lovely views. Immaculately presented. It was nice to have a studio with the bed AND a settee. It saved the hassle of putting the bed and linen away on a daily basis. It had everything i needed and more, a real home from home. Gill and Luke were so helpful and considerate. I would certainly recommend the studio to anyone.
